I want change, and I don't care who has to go to get it

How could you lay such an egg on this stage in the playoffs? When is enough enough? Just throw a dart. Ownership, coaching, soft team, undisciplined team, scheme, play calling, talent. You can't miss. There's that much wrong with this organization. I've got to go back a long way to remember how disappointed and embarrassed I was in a Cowboys team. Fire the coach, fire the coordinator, don't extend the quarterback, trade Parsons, trade Lamb. Something has to change, or we're just a revenue maker. Sad times

Agree. I don’t want Dak under center next year. I don’t care what it does to the cap or the team. And I’ve been Dak apologist forever. I’m done with this current team. I’d rather be 2-15 for the next three years while we build with some football players.

I definitely vote for clear canvas approach. I don't know who really said that the "definition of insanity was doing things over and over and expecting different results", but it definitely rings true for this franchise.

Oh, it's coming, Tangle

Jerry Jones said, “We'll see how each game goes”. I think he's seen enough. Today showed him all he needed to see.
Let's hope. After that showing, I'm in agreeance with the majority here. Heads need to roll. It'd be one thing if we lost on a last minute FG or something, but we got steamrolled.

I hope so. Blow this team up. I’d be cool with trading Parsons for several picks. And Lamb. They don’t deliver in the playoffs. Cut Dak in June.
Well, JJ has to keep a few marquee people to keep the registers ringing... LOL

That’s how I feel. I can’t even try to defend Dak. I’d rather rebuild and get out from under bad contracts.

  1. Fire MM
  2. Fire DQ
  3. Bench Dak
  4. Dak says trade me then.
  5. Trade #1 for Parsons & Dak
  6. Hire Belichick or Harbaugh
  7. Let them hire their own people and draft their own players.
  8. Draft 1st round QB
  9. Super Bowl incoming.
  10. Wake up from my wonderful dream.

I'm down to rebuild this team with a young coaching staff and players that are hungry. Dallas has good players but it's the culture. Something happened this week, whether it's coaches interviewing and players took it personal or they believed they could just show up and win......

We have guys with trade value so don't just cut these guys. Dak is a really good QB and has trade value, I just don't think he handles being Dallas QB will. Especially in the playoffs. I get it with the no trade clause but he can waive it and agree to be traded to teams if his choice.
