Leadership, accountability, culture always starts from the top down. Even if it’s a leader, CEO, boss, (fill in the blank) that is keen enough to get out of the way and let others lead.
again, Jerry made micah and diggs soft personalities? Our defensive stars are soft. A coach needs to bring dog outta these dudes or move on from them. The best defensive performance we saw all year was from a 33 year old corner with dawg in him that micah, diggs, dlaw etc don't have. Stop blaming Jerry for these grown men

Read a book on leadership brother, or coach or supervise, or enlist…accountability always starts at the top. What’s the common dominator over the last thirty years? I will help you out…you said the one name. Jerry creates the culture.

The top person created a team that had 9 all pros. At what point do these grown men show up? Jerry was the same guy at the top for 3 championships.

That was Jimmy’s team. Jerry let Jimmy build that team and coach that team until he didn’t. How many championships do you think they would have won if Jimmy had stayed?

The 9 all pros didn’t show up today. Yes it’s definitely on the players as well. But when there is a reoccurring theme year in and year out…the top dawg definitely has some culpability. Jerry seems like a nice, loyal guy…but clearly what he is doing isn’t working, for the last 30 years.

Oh well…on to next year and more misery rooting for grown men to play a game.

According to skip bayless who was part of the team media he said Jerry had more to do with the team than fans think. You just want it to fit your narrative. The blame Jerry thing is weak......Just like the players. It's Jerry's fault micah dissapeared and dak threw a telegraphed pass to lamb. Right

I agree that player’s are responsible for their play but again culture starts at the top. Skip Bayless…oh boy. I am not giving anyone a pass on the crap we saw today, to include the owner. It’s his team from the coaches to the roster. I am just hoping something changes next year but Jerry will ultimately have to do some sole searching to decide what if anything that is.

Respectfully, absolving Jerry, the owner, of the last 30 years of his team’s performance is weak.

How could you lay such an egg on this stage in the playoffs? When is enough enough? Just throw a dart. Ownership, coaching, soft team, undisciplined team, scheme, play calling, talent. You can't miss. There's that much wrong with this organization. I've got to go back a long way to remember how disappointed and embarrassed I was in a Cowboys team. Fire the coach, fire the coordinator, don't extend the quarterback, trade Parsons, trade Lamb. Something has to change, or we're just a revenue maker. Sad times
The only positive is that Wonder Boy isn’t on this staff because he would have been next in line. And it would have been rinse and repeat.
The team needs to be changed. Time to move on from Dak and multiple other players.

Agree. I don’t want Dak under center next year. I don’t care what it does to the cap or the team. And I’ve been Dak apologist forever. I’m done with this current team. I’d rather be 2-15 for the next three years while we build with some football players.
They should try and groom that 1st round QB they have on the roster....he's only 23 and has sat behind a starter for 2 seasons. I'm sure he can make that same leap Jordan Love made.

Be careful what you wish for. I watched the game with a family member. He and his whole family are Saints fans. He said he would take Dak, Fat Mike, three 12-5 seasons in a row, three early and disappointing exits from the playoffs, etc., over what the Saints have been and where they are going.

This was in response to me saying off with everyone’s head. Still unacceptable product on the field today. I personally want a new GM but we all know that’s not happening.
Winning in the regular season means nothing!! Green Bay and squeaked in and they are moving on.

And the GM will just get rid of another coaching staff and keep a 4th round pick quarterback.

This team is hopeless the way it is currently structured.

I told my family member the same. But I also don't want to go back to three consecutive 5-11 seasons. It’s all about expectations and they havent lived up to them the last three years.

I just don't want to pay anyone BIG $$ anymore. A lot of guys getting rich and famous, not producing at the right times. EVERYONE should be getting tired of it. I know I'm not paying big $$ but you know what I mean.
Keep watching the games every year and falling for the oke doke. Guess what? Your part of the problem. Your views continue to help pay for this foolishness.
