I was hoping that I wouldn’t have to be the one to say it. Refs paid or bias?

Not to go against the grain here, but I watched the Skins and Vikings game and there was some bad referees in that game, with missed flagrant holding calls. The Skins alll but undressed the Vikings and mostly got away with it. Is the league office telling the refs to allow holding, overlook it, or do they need glasses?

Our guys are alumni of the Callahan school of OL play as are the Skins. Interesting.

Oh, brother. Yeah, the refs cost us this game. Couldn't have been Chaz "Turnstile" Green, Mike "Doink" Nugent, one scoring drive of a measly 21 yards.

Nah, it was those damn dirty refs.

No one is saying the refs cost the game. The Boys sucked today. But the refs sucked too. It's getting to be embarrassing how bad the officiating has become.

Oh, the Commish and really power hungry owners have already learned their lessons...when confronted, lie...lie...lie your way out of it.

Dak was out of the pocket on one play so no penalty applied, but Williams was leveled for no apparent reason. On a coupIe of other plays, our receivers were tackled while Dak was still in the pocket. It almost seemed like the Falcons defenders knew they wouldn't be called so they were walloping our receivers. Why not give the opposing receivers something to think about it you're not going to be penalized for it?

Remember the falcons coach was also former D coordinator for Seahawks so holding is in their DNA

If you’re complaining all of the terrible calls and non calls you’re automatically blaming the loss on them. Great logic.
Last week people were saying the same things and we won. The refs are letting clear penalties go while calling us for any and everything.

1 meaningless hold in 5 games vs 17 against us is hard for the ref apologists to argue.

So with Jerry picking a fight with the NFL, especially with Blank. I couldn’t help but notice all of the flags that stayed in the refs pockets. I would love if someone was actually able to capture all of the facemask penalties that weren’t called. I am the furthest thing from an conspiracy theorist but No matter how much I tried to ignore it another non call would pop up. Take Dez and Williams being tackled while running their routes. Am I the crazy one here?

Yep you are crazy. The Cowboys got beat stop making excuses.

I thought the officiating was horrible. The worst game I've seen actually. 4 face mask at least, a blantant hold on Crawford on the Left Tackle, a penalty on the fake punt that should have never been called and an acting job. He was horrendous. Yet we get a tackling from the ear whole call?? Green actually had a nice block and took the guy down and they called holding, ridiculous!

Is Dak going to cry like Cam now? Nope.

Here is what I will say. If you are going to poke the bear in the eye with a sharp stick, don't complain when the bear takes that stick from you and tries to shove it up your you know what.....

No crying.....................

As annoying as it is, the plays called against us have been legit.

It's the calls that don't go our way that are tough to defend. Some of them have been pretty ridiculous. It's probably all coincidence, but it does beg the question.

Once again.

No one is making any excuses. No one is saying that’s why we lost. We are discussing the abnormal amount of bad calls. We were after the last 2 wins as well.

I don’t understand why you and others make that leap.
Is that what you do with other subjects and you’re projecting that on people discussing bad calls on the internet?

Either you didn’t read the post or you’re not able to comprehend it. Where did I once say that that was the reason for the loss or even imply it? Simply posed a question.
You have to repeat that 10 or more times before some will understand. Expect at minimum two more idiotic posts from others.

The offensive Pi on Butler was legit?

I disagree. He was being held and shoved the guy away. It doesn’t matter there’s no defensive Pi allowed to be called there. He was freeing himself.

You say you are the "furthest thing from a conspiracy theorist," in the midst of offering up a conspiracy theory. The officiating was terrible, but that's not why we lost. We were within striking range in the red zone in the second half and could have closed it to three, but we go away from the run that had just gashed them and throw on first down with Green getting no help (again). Sack. Drive stalls. Nuge misses the kick and the game is effectively over. Team quit after that.

Being able to open your eyes and acknowledge changing circumstances doesnt make someone a hypocrite. We didnt lose because of awful officiating, but in a game often dictated by momentum the blatant lack of fair or balanced calls was huge.
