When Dallas loses, Garretts haters hang onto those 4-5 plays for dear life to make their case. When Dallas wins, not so much. Like yesterday when Romo fumbled. Less than 7 minutes left, up by 4 TD's inside your 20 yard line. Why pass the ball in that sutuation?
Doomsday is right, execution by the players make coaches really good or really bad.
Win or lose, no coordinator calls 70 perfect plays every game. There will always be call that make fans scratch theirs heads. So focus on the bottom line: this offense is averaging almost 30 points a game and second only to NO.
Except for a playcall here and there, Garrett is doing a very good job. And the points the team is scoring speaks for itself.
Good post. I'd add that Garrett may well be holding back some of the playbook. I'd bet there are a few "plays" ready for Philly. It wasn't just the players hurt by 44-6.
