I went to the Cowboys Stadium today

The stadium was open today for the citizen of Arlington. Since we help pay for it, we got a open house look at it. It was limited to the second level except in the end zones, where you could go up to the 4th level.

Very nice inside, a few items still need to be finished, but overall it’s impressive. Most of the Cowboys turf was down. I did not see the Ring of Honor or any banners. I set in a seat on the second level at the 5 yard line and still had a great view of the whole field. The video screen is awesome. It had highlights playing on it and the clarity was impressive. On the second level between the 10 yard lines, there is a glass partition that separates the concourse from the seating area. The seats are nice and comfortable.

there is...they roll it out and it's got padding built in.

They are still working on the turf. The east end zone turf is not down. IDK, but they will most likely put a star there.

That was the first thing I noticed, too. Except I like the royal blue myself.

I've been following the construction on-line for a year now. I appreciate these current photo's as well...............

But I got a feeling that it's gonna be "chicken-skin" goose-bumps when this place is packed and rocking during the first game. THAT will be something to behold. I live in Hawaii, and I'm trying my best to get there this year for a game, just to say I was there during the inagural season.
