The 3rd RB decision is normally based on Special Teams.

They're using Hunter Luepke as the 3rd RB. He was a RB in college, not really a FB.
- He has been primarily a core ST player.

Malik Davis was active 1 game but had zero snaps on offense. He had ST snap quantity of a core ST player.
