You know why? Because I rather us go into the Linc on a nationally televised game to play a undefeated Eagles team who everyone would be picking to win. That would motivate the hell out of our defense after hearing all week about how great Jalen Hurts is and how they are hard to beat. So you combine that with coming off a loss to the Rams and being underdogs against a division rival, there is no way in hell they lose that game. Of course I would love for us to beat the Rams but if they lose and the eagles are still undefeated, I believe it sets up everything for the following week. I would prefer a win over a overhyped division rival instead of a NFC team out of the division to calm the eagles hype down,
I want to win them all
You know why?

So if one guy on one network picks us to beat the Eagles, how exactly does that make us less likely to beat the Eagles?

I dont think it would be one guy, since they went to the Rams home and won another game without Dak. It would be half and half

I don't want to see us lose any games personally...

I root for a team that gets beyond junk like this and just has an intense focus to dominate each and every game!

Zero logic
It's losers mentality and weak minded logic. It is a sign of a weak team that needs this kind of motivation. Parsons has instilled a sense of domination on this defense especially from a pass rush side. You can see it every week now.

I would like for us to beat the Rams and Eagles and for the Eagles to lose to the Cardinals. Also, I would like the giants and Washington to lose both of their games.

Giants will be facing Packer, doubt they will win.

 .....I just want Dallas to beat both the rams and eagles so the media will then say how bad and overrated those teams are. Because you know, Dallas never beats anyone good.

Sorry.... never rooting for Eagles under any circumstance. Not happening. Same goes for wanting the Boys to win. May be pessimistic at times during a game, but never actively want them to lose.

I prefer we beat the Rams and the Eagles and the Cardinals beat the Eagles. That's the only answer.

How bout this...we beat the Rams by 3...Philly loses to the Cardinals by 30...and then we beat Philly by 40. I think my fantasy is much better than yours...at least in mine wd own sole possession of first0laceij the 3ast instead of trailing by one game. Duh.

I'm actually wondering what people will say if Rush beats the Rams and Eagles and Dak is given his job back and he plays like crap and loses to the Lions and Bears.

If we lose to the Rams and Philly beats Ariz soundly.....we'll be TWO games behind them. In that scenario, the game against Philly doesn't "set everything up". Logic suggests you root for your team to win every game and Philly to lose every game.
