I would not start Dak against Philly

I'd might dress him but I wouldn't start him. If Dak goes in there and he's rusty and throws 2 picks and Dallas gets rolled next week. It won't be good for him.
I would start Cooper Rush until he loses. That will slow down the QB controversy thing that the media is trying to push right now.

Cooper Rush has been figured out already. Enough tape on him this year. The Rams figured him out and held him to a measly 102 passing yards. You can bet opposing teams will be doing the same. You would rather have Cooper Rush and his 102 passing yards through 4 quarters than Dak? That's just ridiculous.

There is no controversy, only Dak haters heads.

Cooper went 10 of 16 today for 106 yards and the offenses only TD was a Pollard 57 yard run.

There is zero controversy. Dak starts as soon as he can because he gives us the best chance to win.

Dak really lit the Bucs up in week 1, didn't he..... Rush has been averaging 22.5 points a game while Dak put 3 on the board in his one start.

But yes, Dak gives the team the best chance to win. Sounds very logical.

Are we going to dismiss Daks career because he had a bad game week 1?

Cooper Rush is not the main reason we’ve been winning during this stretch. I have nothing but love for Rush, but this is just a bit absurd.

Dak is going to come back the minute he’s healthy to start, it’s crazy to think but some people aren’t prepared for that.

Just make sure he comes back, but sticks to the gameplan and sticks to the run first strategy that's working.

Has Dak had a HOF career up to this point? Not even close. When he returns, and everyone knows he will, I see the same 22.5 points a game. So what's the big difference between Dak and Rush? Not really as much as some want to believe.

What matters is winning, and I can accept that no matter who the QB is. But its foolish to think the offense is going to explode the moment Dak returns. It's not like a Brady or Mahomes is returning.

There's a consistency in your argument. What I dont understand is the 'criticism' of Rush (from certain quarters), but then insist that Dak comes back when he's fully fit.

So long as he accepts that the running game is the way forward and that he doesnt feel as if he has to waive off the run plays (as per Helman claims), then surely having Dak vrs the Eagles is a must.

Start him if he can go. Rush isn't our future and the issue has been we stopped running the ball. If Dak is under center and we run similar plays, we win by a lot.

There's a logic to that, especially as we are running the ball to victory.....which is inevitably going to help clear the secondary coverage (which is the way to play vrs Dak).
