Idiot Drivers

As a truck driver, I see a lot of incredibly stupid maneuvers on the road, on a daily basis.
Sometimes it makes me laugh, sometimes it makes me wonder...but mostly it ticks me off. Not only because they're getting in my way, and being extremely discourteous, but because it makes me angry that I'm the same species of being as these morons.

For instance, I was once driving in the center lane of a 65 mph highway, and passed, not one, but TWO cars in the fast lane, BACKING UP because they apparently missed their exit. There was a shoulder they could have used, if they didn't want to go another half mile to turn around, but they chose to go in reverse, in the middle of the hammer lane, forcing people to suddenly slam on their brakes and swerve around them.

This is just the first in a long list of idiotic drivers I've witnessed, and I'll be adding more, and probably venting on a daily basis, but for now, WHAT IDIOCY HAVE YOU SEEN?

Uggh, don't get me started. I am a big time road rager, and in 99.9% of all cases its the other persons fault.
Cant stand people that don't........
Use their signals.
Pull in front of you and do 15mph under the speed limit.
Do other things while driving, talk/text on cell phone, putting on makeup etc.
A couple of times ive literally wanted to yank someone out of their vehicles and put my boot across their necks.

Use their signals.
Pull in front of you and do 15mph under the speed limit.
Do other things while driving, talk/text on cell phone, putting on makeup etc.
A couple of times ive literally wanted to yank someone out of their vehicles and put my boot across their necks.

I try not to carry my gun while driving for those reasons

I don't want to throw LA drivers under the bus but they are worse than NYC drivers. In NYC most people drive ok i think, there is the occasional fool here and there but it's like that everywhere.

In NYC, it's more about the cabbies and buses...and pedestrians. You know, the people who think they always have the right of way.

And the ones who fly past at 80, to get in front of you, then move over and go 10 mph slower than you were going!

Live in a small town. No one it knows how to operate a 4-way stop. Always going out of turn, or better yet when it is their turn they will start waving at you to go ahead essentially taking even more time because I'm never looking at the hand movements of a driver. Idiots.

Ha,I'd pulled 3 mobile home floors to Anaheim Stadium from Phoenix one week years ago & was fully braced and expecting gunfire coming from the chimpanzees behind the wheels honking there horns and flipping me off in rapid fire fashion,,, naw,you couldn't pay me enough to freight along that eastern seaboard,,,

If something isn't done about people using their cell phone while driving in the next few years, the death toll will start to go up significantly. The number of stupid drivers who do is only going to increase. In 5 years, all the kids between 12-16 will be getting their drivers license. They ALL live on their phone all day now. It's going to be a nightmare.

When i was in a rent-a-car shuttle bus coming out of LAX back in Dec, some guy driving ahead of us got stuck at a light that worked on a censor or something, he didn't move for 10 minutes because he didn't want to break any rules or laws. In NYC if that same thing happened people would start beeping and freaking out after two minutes, nobody in LA beeped or anything, after the 5 minute mark i was so tempted to get out of the shuttle bus and go to the guys window and tell him to go through the light.

He must of been ahead of where the censor could read his car and so the light never changed.
