If Dak flops in the Tourney, what about Tom Brady for one last hoorah?

Okay then, hypothetical two - Supposing Dak waives his no trade clause?
Brady is being summoned by Father Time. Dude is 45. Father Time is calling and he’s undefeated.

Did anyone see his play against the niners? I lost count of how many of his passes hit the ground short of the receiver. He doesn’t have the arm strength anymore to hit 15-20 yd intermediate routes. He’s the GOAT for sure but now he’s just an old goat, lol.

One of the myths of Brady in 2020 when the Bucs won the SB was that he carried them. Actually that defense saved them. In the NFC championship game against the pack, Brady threw 3 picks and was very erratic. He made some plays but he almost cost them the game. Brady had a good game in that SB but there would have been no SB without that D bailing him out in GB.

Hard no thanks for me.

Let's define "flop" as another one and done in the Playoffs.

I know this will annoy some fans, and to be clear, I haven't given up on Dak yet.... But talk is that Brady is looking to play again, and with another team.

If it was possible with the salary cap hit, because you know Dak won't hang around.... and assuming the Boys can bring back some of these potential free agents next year, would you consider a one-year stint with Brady?

Maybe draft the future QB with picks we get from Dak?

There is absolutely no chance of this happening, for multiple reasons. I don't know how anyone talks themselves into thinking this is a possibility. It's not.

Not me. He should have bowed out after winning the SB with Tampa. The damn is cracking more each passing week.
Good. I hope we play them in the WC round. If we get one win then I feel we'll get the monkey off our backs.

So horrible to give a guy a no trade clause. Other teams can get out of their bad contracts. We insist on making it as painful as possible.

Dak saw how Jerry caved to the Ewok, so he knew Jerry was an easy mark.

$40 mill a year, most of the contract guaranteed, no trade clause, no franchise tag, ect.....................just laughable how bad Jerry got punked, he even admitted he overpaid:facepalm:

We’re in that contract for life so let’s hope there are some Playoff advancements in the future. And I used to think Aikman’s contract was huge.
Dak gets annually what Aikman got in his entirety. Imagine that.

first off he will continue to flop
We need to draft a solid QB and put this position to bed for 10 years

Please let this fantasy die. No Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, and Patrick Mahomes are NEVER gonna be a Dallas Cowboy. NEVER. EVER. The most likely case is that Dak's gonna be extended, and while I'm not one to predict the future...... there's a higher likelihood of Dak being signed to another mega deal after this one than there is Rodgers, Mahomes, or Brady ever coming here.

At this stage of his career Tom Brady is a name only.

How long would it be before Brady ripped into Moore over his ridiculous play calling…it would never work here.

Tampa Tom is done. His family has bailed on him and he is dang near as old as me.

He does have a pretty nice house on the Bay here. About 3 blocks long on the Island. Boated past it last Friday.

I know you should not count Brady out, but his team stinks and his play stinks. He's barely holding onto a division lead in a putrid division where someone is likely to win it with a losing record.

I will fly over from Scotland and will ride the bench for $40m and watch Tom play. I will knock a zero off actually to do it.

Come to think about it, 2 zeros as I get a year away from a nagging wife and 2 kids.

Who do I email to throw my hat in the ring?
Hell man ask DandyDon he has all the answers lol.
