NYJ owe Rodgers 49 million in 2025 and 35 million in 2026. Then they are going to sign Prescott to 60 million. Plus in that time they have to address Hall and Wilson contracts.

Yeah, not happening.

Pittsburgh is the most logical destination. They are currently 3rd, 2nd, and 3rd in cap space the next three years.
Right people don't realize he renegotiated his contract because of his Achilles he only took what like 11,000,000 last year and pushed it all to the next two years whether he plays or not they still own that money or at least it'll be a big dead cap hit that's for sure..

What was the point of your comment? It seems pointless unless I'm missing something.

Just looking for attention?
You missed the exchange. ACR said he wouldn't win a ring in KC. I disagreed. As did you. You said Rush would also win a ring in KC right? So take it up with @acr731

Dak Prescott is NOT leaving Dallas unless he himself wants out.

Jerry will pay him 65-70 a year before leaving himself with nothing at QB.

Stephen will be on board as it’s an up front excuse to never sign a free agent.

Either way things aren’t looking great moving ahead, and these two fully deserve to fall flat on their faces.

Eli Manning was an excellent quarterback when he was in his prime. Number one overall pick. Played with a sense of poise and was tough as nails.
Nah man lol.....he was never a excellent quarterback. Even in those playoff runs he made some great plays but I wouldn't even say he was excellent in those runs.

Everybody thinks that Dak has all the leverage. Actually what the Cowboys should do is not re-sign Dak. On one hand, if the Cowboys win a SB with Dak this season, Dak's price tag will be so ridiculous that there would be no way they could re-sign him and keep a competitive team around him for future SBs. On the other hand, if Dak doesn't win a SB, then Cowboys fans aren't going to want him back. Either way, the Cowboys should move on regardless of what happens this season.

Its not about "time" though. Some guys get to a SB their first year in the league. Some get to one in their 8th. Its not about timing. Its about getting there when its your time to get there.

And Eli was a mediocre QB who made some clutch throws when it counted but those defenses weren't elite. When you name those defenses all the best players will be on the defensive line. You wouldn't care say those linebackers and secondary was elite.
You build an elite d-line you can get away with an average lb core or secondary. Eli was much more than mediocre.

Agreed with time, but the problem is dak isn’t advancing at all. Time after time always comes up short and can’t reach the nfcccg. That’s why I feel his ceiling has been reached. I’d love to be proven wrong but results don’t lie.

Medicore is generous. He flirted between good and bad throughout his career. He was never a great QB. Saying he was much more than medicore must mean he was a elite to you.

And you are right Dak hasn't advanced this team. And the results don't lie. But the results are the Cowboys have never been good enough to win a SB. That's what the results say. I can sit here and say that yes we had chances to advance if Dak would've played better....but they would've got smacked backed own to reality like a Jerry Jones led team always does for the past 28 years.

Even now...right now I believe the Cowboys have the 4th best odds to make it to the SB in the NFC. Behind 49ers, Lions, Eagles.....and respectfully you should probably put GB in front of them as well but whatever. That's embarrassing. You're screaming "All In" and you don't even have a top 3 chance in your own division to win a SB.

Year in and out we are asking the 4th or 5th best team in the NFC to win us a ring and when they don't we get frustrated. We should demand far more than we get.

1. Winning a ring isn’t his number one priority
2. There are far better organizations out there than Dallas. Put Dak in Pittsburgh and they’re just as good if not better than Dallas. There are other options out there as well. Take Dak off of Dallas and we are just as bad as those crap teams that are out there right now
Why would you want to resign a player who's only directive in life is to drive up the QB salaries in the NFL. He's already stated that he's in it to win it for current and future NFL QBs. The Cowboys are going to be better off financially benching him in 2024 and forcing Prescot and his agents to demand a trade. JJ can listen to offers for Prescot and act accordingly.

I believe Dak has given more thought to what he’ll be doing in the NFL in 2025 than Jerry Jones has considered what he’s going to do in the NFL in 2025. There is no team that badly needs an experienced QB that has performed well that is going to win a Super Bowl just because they sign Dak Prescott. The Cowboys are one of those teams. Given that, Dak might as well just sign the deal that appeals to him the most. It’s not going to $65-$70 million. It may not even be $60 million. But it will be a lot of compensation. All the Cowboys have to do to retain him is offer him the deal he likes the most. It’s personal to fans. I doubt it’s at all personal to Jerry and Dak.

Providing Dak plays out this season and leaves Dallas. Where could he honestly go and win a Super Bowl in the next 3 years ? I don't think there's any place better than where he is now. Mostly all the contenders have a solid QB in place. Someone mentioned Las Vegas, but they aren't passing KC anytime soon. Every QB needy team has at least 2-3 roadblocks in their conference to deal with. Dak may not make a difference.
Dak has a good team here, but may find more success elsewhere due to the simple fact our FO is unwilling to act aggressively in free agency. He may have hit his ceiling in Dallas.

You're joking, right?
The implication that it would be as the starting QB was obvious.

Don't you get enough attention without lowering yourself to this level?

Others knew exactly what was said. ITs the guys like you who get triggered when you see Dak's name and don't think about what's being asked or said. That's not my fault.

Weird take.

If anything Jerry loves people like you that think Dak is capable of winning a SB. You guys are easier to sell to.
If you think Mahomes would win a ring here with Jerry that tells me you don't think Jerry is an issue. And that is why Jerry loves you. People wonder how can Jerry get away with losing for 28 years and fans not change or keep pouring in their hard earned dollars. Its fans like you that keep doing it.

Jerry doesn't sell to me.

Remember i'm the one who understands we will never win anything with Jerry. You think they can lol.
