Yes. I think he'll quit and try to bring down as many of his teammates as he can with him. It's the kind of person he is.

With Dak playing under the franchise tag in 2020, he faces the prospect of not having to worry about being tagged again if 2020 is a bad year for him. He likely wouldn't have to worry about contract negotiations, either.
He would likely be released at the end of the season and be a true free agent.
Dak has everything to gain, but also everything to lose.
So it begs the question, how will he respond to pressure?
With McCarthy in his first season, and Kellen Moore in his 2nd, the shakeup of the squad has to bear on his mind as to how they will respond.
One thing is certain; Dak will be under pressure in 2020. He will either perform well, or he will be unemployed by the end of the season.
If things start to go badly for the team, and him as well, do you think he will just give up and be ready to move on?
Lmaooo these Dak Haters are Deplorable

Haters hope Dak gives up when things get bad like 2019 so they don't have to use the garbage/fake stats myth :lmao2::lmao2:

We see your calculated foolishness:facepalm:

it isnt a legitimate question its another one of your pathetic attempts to stir the hornets nest. its another one of youre trolling activities that you have practiced going all the way back to the ranch. where if my memory serves me correctly you were temporarily banned because of your nonsense.

The only thing worse than your pathetic trolling attempts is my stupidity in responding. But hey its been a pretty crazy week for me so Im entitled to a little stupidity.

He was on Cowboys guide back in the day and he got thrown out of there for the Quincy Carter/Hutch debaucle

I expected a lot of responses like this. I am not bashing Dak, but apparently unless you are kissing his feet, it's considered bashing.
But this is a legitimate question.
Dak seems to have a history of "reeling it in" when he thinks he can't win.
Where is your evidence of this?

Of course he will give up. It's what he does when faced with hard times. When his mom and dad got divorced, he gave up. When his mom passed away, he just gave up. When he wasn't drafted until the end of the 4th round, he gave up. When he went into training camp as the third string QB behind a legend and a supposed "genius," he gave up. When he was thrust into the NFL without have any time under his belt to adjust to the NFL, he gave up. When he brother passed away recently, he gave up again. /s

I get it that some of you don't think he's good enough for our team. But, you make yourself look absolutely foolish when you say and ask things like this. Very few players make it to the NFL because they have giving up in their makeup. Dak, regardless of what you think of him as a player, has shown that he has enough fortitude to make him stand out from the crowd.

A couple of things here, First, I thought My threads were bad, (ok enough) but this one is a doozy..Let's put it this way, just look at the Cowboys division, 9-7 can get you into the playoffs.. So say we're 8-7 and need a win in our last game to make the playoffs..Is Dak gonna say.
"I give up, we had a pretty ordinary season"?? Like, Paaaaallleeeaaasssee.

That would mean that he would have to take a low-ball 1-year prove it deal in 2021 before being back in line for a mega-contract.

There is also no guarantee that the Cowboys would Franchise him again regardless of how poorly he played.

DAMN I HATE THE OFF SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree....however, leeblair posts these types of threads regardless of when, where, why...

He has been relatively tame here at CZ but he has a history from another Cowboys message boards from years ago that makes this thread seem awesome in comparison...

I think we should all just reply to these threads by rewriting his thread title. In this case it should be "If Dak sees this year isn't going well, will Wentz get hurt?"

I would love to have Carte Blanche to change thread titles...

Most titles would end up as: "Look at me! I need attention; therefore, I'm creating a new thread that makes no sense but will get dozens of pages of replies because it's controversial".

Can you give examples of him “reeling it in”? Because I truly can’t remember him doing that

You think Danny White is related to Reggie White?
