No -

I know....

That I just don't care anymore. Let him come. Let him go somewhere else. It doesn't matter. We're winning the super bowl anyway. TO would only affect HOW MUCH we win it by....:)

Come on now... the guy should have been the "difference" in the Eagles SB loss... should have WON because of him. The TO plan worked in Philly... the rest of the team didnt hold up there end.... Reid also...

with that said he could easily be the difference for us to win it all...

Jerry signing TO makes as much sence as Dan Snyder signing Deion.

Deion was no longer effective by the time the Skins got our leftovers... turf toe etc...

TO will probably play a few years longer than the average WR... Its my guess..

You've gotta believe that Philly will trade Owens to KC, even if it's for a future 7th, just so long as he doesn't land in the NFC east. Besides, TO would probably like to play for KC. They have a nice QB, a wonderful RB and they'll throw the ball to him.

The more I think about it, I just can't see TO being happy in our predictable, boring, "run first and second down, then pass if we're in 3rd and 7 or better, otherwise run a draw to catch them off guard.....which works about 1% of the time, then kick a FG which we'll more than likely miss Offense".

All that being said......

I want TO in Dallas yesterday.

I'm already convinced we're winning it all without TO. So bring him on. What the hell....

1) Watch TO not get cut today
2) watch us pass on him if he is

I don't believe that for a minute. Why would KC just give $5 million to TO for nothing?

for TO would it not make sense TO would prefer Dallas so he can go up vs. philly twice a year? I think as an athlete he would welcome that! Plus no state tax in Texas?!.....I've got a feelin.....I won't say it!
He dont care about revenge, showing up Philly or nothing except TO. Who will PAY TO the most will get TO. No matter if it was a prison team in Alaska or the Dallas Cowboys. This is the one time I wish we had a cheap *** owner.

Because there is a sucker born every minute. Is Dan Snyder keeping his plane on stand by for Philli even as we speak?

If all TO cares about is TO, then he'll be a phenomenal player for the Cowboys. Because its in TO's best interest to be a good boy, put up typical TO numbers and try to get himself one more big contract. And if he really loves him some him, that's exactly what he'll do.

1) if he don't want to play for them, it don't matter if he's traded there (remember baltimore?)

2) KC has a great offense and would be better off signing a guy like randle el, givens, antonio bryant, and a veteran like eric moulds if he becomes available. Their offense is based on the run and Larry Johnson and Gonzalzez are the stars there, there's no room for TO there.

I've resigned myself to the fact that this IS going to happen. Where there's smoke, there's fire. I'll make a few points that I've established in my head as facts.

He destroys organizations. Eventually you are what you are, and TO is what TO is.

The flip side to that, of course, is look at the skin-flint organizations he destroyed. The 49ers were on their way down, for their cheap ways, and Lurie and the Eagles have been notoriously cheap - it was only a matter of time before that ship sank. There would be no such problem with Jerry, who is actually over-generous sometimes.

I remember it well. Obviously you don't. The reason the trade didn't go through was because TO, infact was a FREE AGENT. SF tried to screw him over because TO's agent didn't file the right papers to make him a FA.

TO didn't want to go to BAL, he had a choice then.....I've read that TO doesn't have a "no trade clause".....If KC wants to pay the money, Philly can trade him there.

This is exactly why TO won't land here.

Someone.....Denver...KC...Miami...will give some sort of pick for him. Anything to keep him from us....which...I'm ambivalent about.

Philly is a vindictive organization. Unlike JJ....who would cut anyone. Sometimes JJ's too nice to his players...but I guess that's why we get guys to come here.

The only way we get TO is if KC or Denver can't free up enough cap space to take on his contract. Even then, I can see Philly doing anything...to keep him from us.

Good Lord. No one is giving a pick for the guy. Just stop thinking that craziness.

If TO wants to go to KC, and Philly wants him far away from the NFC east, I'm sure KC could work out a new contract for Owens.

Not saying Owens would or even would want to go to KC. Just saying, there are options.
