Wrong! Unveil the secret Switzer weapon.

Disagree. Impose your will on the defense. If you're supposed to have a big, bad offensive line and the best damn running back on the planet, let's see it by putting a hat on a hat and punching these guys in the mouth with the run game early and often.
The Giants won that last year. The Giants win that battle.
Other teams Ill agree with you.
Meh, Gspots are gonna sell OUT to stop it. So, we very well might have to pass to loosen them up. Not giving in, just being smart IMO

If Dez has less than 10 targets, SL should be taken out back and.....
I've been yearning for over a decade that we do a play action bomb on the first play of the game. Send the defense a damn message!Everyone expects Zeke on first down and throws to Dez, Whit, and Beasley. I would put in some plays for TWill and Butler and lead with those. If we can establish that the defense has to concern themselves with those two as well, the next series will open the door for big plays when we go to the heavy hitters.
I would like nothing better than a fake hand off to Zeke and a long post pattern to Butler to start the first series. Even if it does not hit it sends a message that the team is going to be more vertical. Then as the DBs loosen, we hit em with Dez slants and Beasley drag routes and of course pounding the rock with Zeke. I want Dak to get his passes off quickly and slow the rush out of shear exhaustion. Then pound the crap out of them in the fourth quarter with Zeke, Rod, Darren and Alfred.
Harrison is such a force inside, you almost have to use more outside runs against this team. But even that can be tricky as both JPP and Vernon are good against the run. They lost Hankins so that should help a bit. Just need to stay balanced and stay in more manageable 3rd downs.
Also, Dez has to show up, regardless of the playcall. Only 2 receptions vs this team last season and 1 critical fumble.

This.I'd like to see some boring smash mouth football. Line up and run Zeke with the occasional pass here or there.
Beating someone with brute force is demoralizing
You are right, how silly of me to think to think the O.C. has anything to do with Dez being targeted. The offensive coordinator doesn't call "throw it to Dez".
So direct your ire at Rayne Dakota, if that is the case.
The play you designed was used with regularity by Pitt against Penn State yesterday. Option fake with a shovel PASS inside to the tight end. I highlighted shovel Pass because if it was not caught it was not a fumble but an incomplete forward pass. The angle attacked the middle of the field and gained a few yards. Penn State prevailed because they had the better team and Saquan who is a phenomenal RB. As you can tell, WE ARE PENN STATE!!!! Cowboys usually win after a State win. Go Cowboys!!!In the Pats KC game, Kansas City was using some very interesting plays. Lining up with a single back and running what appeared to be the option, but then tossing the ball back inside to a tight end (I think). I appeared KC was attacking at unexpected angles with this approach.
I'd like to see something a tad unconventional the Giants just would not expect. A couple of sweeps by Zeke would set up that inside play with perhaps Dez in motion coming back toward Dak and busting inside as the line separates the rush like Moses did the Red Sea. Leaving the middle for Dez to exploit Seems the linebackers would be busting tail to get outside for the sweep.
Keep in mind the Cowboys rarely return my calls or emails about special plays. Don't expect to see this.
Sounds good but I wouldn't count on it probably the same old thing but I'm hoping that they try some new stuff with the Giants because they need to do something different to beat themEveryone expects Zeke on first down and throws to Dez, Whit, and Beasley.
