I would actually be fine with keeping everybody on the staff except JG. And yes I'm serious!

Garrett is by far the biggest problem we have although it wouldn't hurt my feelings to bring in a new OC and new offensive scheme.

When will people realize Linehan is not the issue. This is Garrett's mickey mouse offense. He's just calling plays from that playbook. And don't fool yourself and think Garrett does not have a big hand in implementing the gameplan every week. Because this offense is exactly the same as it's always been since Garrett has been OC/HC.

Linehan is here because of Garrett. Jason has done whatever was in his power to prevent any change in his offense. Garrett didn't even have Romo
in game-planning. Jerry did when he gave Romo the contract.

People act like Romo never lobbied for change, but they were going Callahan and switched to Linehan.

All of the Garrett's are in this organization outside if John, who sucked so bad he was given the boot, but they didn't even openly fire him. Jason Garrett is here, because his father has significant pull in this organization. It should be clear by now, he's on par or even more influential than Lacewell.

Moore wasn't even playing until now, despite the fact Linehan brought him here and Moore had three years under his play-calling. Weeden and Cassell are JGs decisions and Jerry openly admitted the backup QB spot screwed them. But he's not touching Garrett...

Extremely doubtful....Jerry won't alienate Tony Romo just because the offensive staff and system couldn't succeed without him.
If Tony lobbied for a change, there would be change, but I'm sure no one here thinks Tony Romo wants to learn a new offense....end of discussion.

Why did they give the rope to Callahan in the beginning and when Jason took it back you saw Witten and Romo yelling at Garrett in the sidelines and then Jerry at least got Linehan?

The changes probably started with offensive coaching because of Romo.. But Jerry was also trying to appease Garrett..
