Belichick would at least eliminate the undisciplined, stupid brand of football we play. I don’t even need SB’s, just get this team back to being respectable. The culture of the Dallas Cowboys is a damn embarrassment. Barnum & Bailey circus.

Parcells had to put lipstick on a pig and still had them resembling a professional team. Belichick would actually have some young talent to work with.
1000%….. he changes the culture the instant you sign him because he’s instantly credible. His attention to detail… his teams being prepared all the time. Ask yourself this does Jordan love do That to a BB team today? I doubt it.

I don’t see how JJ can’t make this move…. He’s gonna lose fans at this point.

For BB I think he wants to see if he take another team to a SB. For 2 years we have nothing to lose. If we keep this current group mostly together that’s the window

No we don’t.

We have a vet team and we need a vet coach.

Once we dismantle then it will be time to get a young coach.

Now is not the time to play around.

You have the greatest coach in NFL history available get him.

So what coach wouldn’t be fools gold?
There is no coach who can succeed here as long as Jerry micromanages them. The new hc will not have the power Jimmy had, not even a fraction of that power. That's the terrible flaw having a hc that lacks the power to hire and fire because it produces players and assistant coaches who all report to and fear Jerry, not the hc. Jerry and son have 99% of the power because that is the Jones cartel model. It's been almost 30 years sans a conf playoff appearance and it doesn't faze Jerry in the least. As long as he gets to play with his multi-billion dollar toy train (ie, the team), he's happy and that's his top priority. He can never allow a hc to come in and give them meaningful power because it takes credit away from the man who has solely put us in the this ridiculous 28 seasons in a row and no nfc championship appearance.

Jimmy's legacy is legendary while this image best sums up Jerry's legacy.

So what’s the point in following the team if there is no hope?

Why are people so high on belichek. Didn’t he just prove these last years that Tom Brady was why he succeeded
If you think Dak is better than Mac Jones, then Bill can't do any worse. At least our losers won't look so comfortable on the bench.

Bill Belichick
Too old.

Name one old NFL coach who came to a team and won a SB.

SBs are won by coaches like Landry, Noll, Parcells, Belichick, McVay, Payton, etc. Younger, innovative assistants.

Forget the retreads. NO coach has won the SB with two different teams. They get set in their ways, they fall into a rut and try to relive the glory days when they were young.

No Belichick, Carroll, Payton, etc....

Mcvay would be the first pick , but he won’t be released by kroenke who has 5 terms more money and experience over Jerry .

dan Campbell is out of reach .
sean Payton out of reach .
harbaugh probably won’t jive with jedry .

Pete Carrol or Bill Belectek for 2 years to rebuild this mess team and try to talk some sense into Jerry .

MM will be the head coach next season, Dak will be the starting quarterback with a four year deal worth a quarter of a billion dollars. Try to keep up.

I disagree. We’re not in a rebuild, we need the discipline and experience a guy like Belichik would bring. His teams don’t commit penalties and defensively play well even with limited star talent.

It's not that simple.

Do you honestly believe Dak could handle the extreme criticism tom Brady had to deal with?
Some people thrive under that type of environment but I bet good money Dak would most likely crumble.

Why bring that type of coach here?

Dak needs a yes man type of coach

A different QB.
They don’t have the cajones to get a new QB.

The defense can’t perform like it did either. That was a travesty to watch.

Dak was pathetic I know but my gosh the defense was beyond awful.

Sadly , you’re probably right , but usually jerry has to sacrifice someone . Maybe Quinn will go anyway .
