Deion changed the culture at Jackson State and he changed the culture at Colorado. I don’t care what he says as long as he changes the culture. I’m sick of losing with coaches that say all the right things. Let’s bring in an alpha male that doesn’t care about saying the right things but changes the team. I’m done with these “press conference coaches” and all their stupid promises.

Deion may changed the culture but it does not even make a difference since Deion's team went from a winning season at the beginning of the season only to have a losing season at the end of the season, hard pass!

At this point does it really matter? is there a combination of people that can be put together that could break the curse? I have serious doubts about it at this point. For whatever reason the Cowboys just simply aren't allowed to accomplish anything more than making fools of themselves to finish seasons in failure.

Give Harbaugh and McClay the keys to the entire football operation and get the hell out of their way. Harbaugh is a former QB ....... Dak and/or Lance's future would be his decision if it was me. If he thinks we should move on from Dak and go with Lance or someone else, it's done.

Which part? Deion in general, or how I’m tired of “press conference coaches”. I agree I don’t think it’s realistic because Deion said he doesn’t want to coach in the NFL. I do think we need someone with a brash personality. Someone with energy. Someone that can help buffer the toxicity of the Jones family.

That would be a nice change. But I think they need someone more in the disciplinary role. No more nice guy head coaches for a while. McCarty reminds me of Wade Phillips to much. The team needs a proven voice that will do things his way without compromising. I hear about how McCarthy takes it easy in practice to sustain health etc. Might work with a veteran team like KC that knows how to flip a switch come playoffs. Doesn’t work with a team like Dallas with a bunch of guys that haven’t accomplished much.

For those people saying Harbaugh, if you are thinking of the fiery guy who was HC of the 49ers, that guy is gone. Watch some recent interviews. It's as if he had a stroke or something like that and I'm not making light of that. There were even a lot of Michigan fans who suspected that might be the case, but that talk seemed to have stopped once they finally beat OSU. Also be advised that until a couple weeks ago he was regarded as a total flop who couldn't win big games (sound familiar), and he's under not 1 but 2 NCAA investigations and that the recent cheating scandal where there were stealing signs miraculously coincided with him finally getting over the hump.
The guy is a college coach not an NFL coach. Keep him a million miles away from the Cowboys please. He's the last thing we need.

Bill or Harbaugh be my top pick if they are not available or not interested in the circus then Vrabel would be entertained, but I am still not convinced, prefer to go all in on the first two.

Jerry may have no choice but to fire MM. Having Harbaugh, Belichick, Saban, and Vrabel, may be too hard to resist.

Side note.....Poor Quinn just saw his stock fall like a hot potato. I mean damn, he may have gone from top 3/4 HC candidate to not having a 2024 job at all.
