CFZ If Quinn leave, Cowboys should hire Ron Rivera as DC, and Eberflus as LB coach

I'm not sure he's leaving after the season but the Chargers make sense unless they want an offensive coach. I like Harris but just not sure if he's ready.

LOL.....Wade Phillps is out there. I know, I know but his defenses are always near the top the first year or two.

Exactly, He runs a 1995 scheme.
DQ had to modernize his far more recently successful scheme to fit here.

Hire the all-world DB coach with McCarthy guys and keep it moving.
If Eberflus can be brought in as LB Coach asst DC then great.

It's really hard to project at this point, to the two IR's missing both coming back and fixing the linebacker unit.
