Will the Seahawks finally trade Earl Thomas to the Cowboys? They will be 0-3. Might as well tank since the NFC is stacked and they are a rebuilding team.
That put them at 0-3, but I doubt they hand ET over at that point.

I would offer them a 2nd again, I know people here like to play hardball, but the man has 5-6 years left of top production, and he is a 2 or 3 type talent at the safety position that comes along each decade.

Seattle will look to pour it on. They have to...they badly need a win. Theirs jobs are on the line. This weeks game will test the teams medal. Winning would mean it took a yeoman's effort.

Yeah they will, but they're not going to hand him away. They stood firm asking for a 1st. I would have Jerry call up and say, "one last time, we'll give you a second, let's get this done".

At 0-3, they're likely to take that.

If we want the guy, this isn't the time to play games and offer a 4th. He would make our top 5 defense into the top defense in the league.

Chicago and Seattle's best offenses are their defense. That was a good game last night between 2 marginal playoff caliber teams struggling on offense. Though, both teams are better than the NYG on offense.

My concern is that I doubt we are going to be able to move the ball on Seattle. Everybody is lauding Dak for his performance against NY but the offense was stuck in the mud most of the game. After the 65 yarder to Austin on the first series, Dak only passed for 95 yards the rest of the game. So, i'm looking for another defensive struggle in Seattle. Game probably comes down to a special teams or defensive TD. I'd be surprise if either team broke 20 points.
I agree. I actually think Dallas will lose this game. Dallas has not yet shown it can run the football. Dallas is struggling at running effectively. Plus, they are not committing to the run. Dak is still struggling. He did play a lot better but that was to be expected because he played like dog poo in the first game. Also, despite the 6 sacks, Dallas DL really didn't impress me that much against the pass. They played well against the run though. The sacks came on failures of the OL of the Giants more than the greatness of the Cowboys DL. That worries me. I did like the more aggressive blitzing that Dallas did. That encourages me. Lawrence though did not beat his man one time to make a sack. Nor did Taco, or any other DL. Seattle's OL got flat out beat against the Bear's DL and Mack last night. It wasn't stunts that did them in. I am not sure Dallas will cleanly beat them to get sacks in this game? If they do, then I think Dallas can win. If they get 1 or 2, I think Dallas will lose this game because I think Dak is not going to be able to put up enough points to out score the Seahawks. I also do not see Zeke gaining 100 anytime soon on the ground. The OL needs to improve still.

Yeah. Our defense looks great and our offense looks like smeared dogschlitz.

HEY!! Lets trade a premium draft pick or two for a defensive player!
While I get what you're saying, having a defense like the Bucs and Ravens will allow your offense to win a Superbowl with a Brad Johnson or Trent Dilfer

Save the 2nd round pick in case we need to sweeten a pot for a potential trade up in next years draft for a QB........you know if the Dak thing doesn't end up working out. Plus our secondary (kavon and the goat) is already playing at a high level.

Next year's QB class will be bad, very bad. There is no one at all to trade up for.

This is a joke, right? Dallas got 6 sacks. One being a strip sack fumble recovery. But their DL didn't impress you? Lmao. The things people complain about on here. And it was 6 different guys getting sacks.

No it is not a joke. I guess stat lines are all that and then some to you? Yeah they got 6 sacks. Yeah that is impressive. But how they got them is NOT. If they were beating their man, it would be great and I would be touting that. Since they got those sacks by simple, and routine stunts, that an NFL OL should easily block but somehow the Giant's befuddled OL couldn't, means they were dominant? Haha. OK.

I wonder if ET shows out to persuade Dallas to trade for him. Or if he plays lackadaisical to persuade Seattle to let him go.

Or he just is a professional and plays his normal game. (I'd hope this)

If the Cowboys beat the Seahawks they will be 2-1.

ET will not be here this season before week 6 and only if he becomes a locker room issue for them and/or they implode and decide to start rebuilding.
(and definitely not for 2nd rndr, a conditional 4th that could become a 3rd is all I'd give)

And SEA did that without 3 of their D starters and their O is missing Baldwin.

SEA has a better O and D than the Giants and this will be their home opener and that 12th man knows their season is teetering. And that coaching staff knows this game is the most important one of the year so far, their jobs are at risk if they lose this one. Carroll has not been in favor with their fandom since the SB gaffe and the dismantling of their team hasn't helped.

This is coming down to the Cowboys DL against the Seahawks OL because if Wilson gets time, he's a handful. I think the two teams are pretty evenly matched and in that second tier along with CHI and CAR.

One storyline will be Richard returning to where he made a name for himself and was fired. He'd love nothing better than to stick a fork in SEA. The other will be Thomas auditioning for the team he wants to play for but didn't want to give up the necessary picks for him.

No. It would be a poor return on investment. We could have had this deal back in April and we said no. Now all of a sudden we would say yes?
Earl Thomas an all pro FS and maybe the best FS in the NFL. Is a poor return investment I could list you a lot long list of 2nds that didn’t pan out then 2nds that did

I gotta see offensive improvement before I put us in tier 2.

Critics here will get to play both sides of the fence on this game. They can bad mouth Dallas all week long and should Dallas win all we will hear is how Seahawks were an 0-2 team so this was not a real test vs a good team, if they lose a weeks worth of I told you, see how smart I am.

Well, teams like AZ, DET and NYG are Tier 3, I'd put us in 2 because of the D. That might change this Sunday. Either DAL or SEA will drop to 3.

However, I wouldn't look for a lot of offensive improvement in SEA, even if their two LBs are not back. If Wagner's back healthy, I don't like the Cowboys to win this, he's their Lee against the run and great at reading. And if Wright is back as well, I don't think the Cowboys break 13, if that.
