If the Cowboys keep losing would you consider trading Zack Martin?

Stephen will have a stroke trying to manage that dead cap AND having to re-sign Parsons over a full offseason. Humans can only do so much.

Martin just got a big signing bonus. Dallas trades him now for a day 3 pick, it all accelerates in 2025. If he retires next season, it'll be set as a June 1st retirement and his cap hit is split over two seasons.

I think the word is out in the NFL that Martin is an aging player starting to breakdown; so I don’t think he has much, if any, trade value.
Sadly, I don’t see his replacement on the roster.

His replacement is definitely not on this roster.

Yup.

No one will trade for Martin.

His contract is voided after the season.

Move Tyler Guyton to RT and draft a LT.

Absolutely, as long as I could get at least a 3rd.

No, I would encourage them to keep doing their best to win with what they have and keeping Martin. Take advantage of the improved draft position next year.
Since you're acknowledging that we arent' doing so hot this year, why wouldn't you want to trade a player to improve our future? Not getting your line of thinking here.

I doubt a team will trade for Martin.

His contract is over soon.

Zack doesn’t have value. His performance has declined over two seasons and his back issues are public knowledge.

Man, I'm trying hard to refute you, but the only thing I came up w/ is the slight possibility that 7th rounder Nathan Thomas pans out. He was actually an OLT in college and a very big dude, but he's the best I got!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That I do understand. Plus, it would be pointless if you can't get at least a mid rounder.

Martin should've been traded last year while his value was still there. Especially since it was wildly apparent that we were going nowhere this year.

Still, might get something from a team w/ injuries on the OL.
