95% of QB’s don’t, hence why they are playing a top team.

Dak is 9th (Counting Mariota in that) at a .428 record vs winning teams right behind #8 Josh Allen at .444

Lamar Jackson leads with .628 but has only played 16 of those games.

most know most qbs are all under 500 against better teams, yet they still try and use the old busted narrative and for one its not qb issue its team issue especially with us..14 penalties 11 penalties 10 penalties most on the OL down the stretch last year i mean most of those losses were like one score losses..its huge deal to play cleaner games especially against playoff teams.

go look at those games against LVR(OT loss by 3), ARZ (lost by 3), and the 9ers(lost by 6) KC game was 10 points , worst OL play and penalty's. lost by less than 6 most of these games were winnable, clean the dang mistakes up especially along the OL? not lie we were being beat up or blown out ,so those penalties are far more the glaring plus a lack of run game and pressure on qb when they were holding.

blaming dak for those is asinine.

Agreed.

But if the defense that showed up yesterday shows up again? We can also lose to anybody.

Both sides looked vastly different from what we’ve seen so far this season.
Not really that type of offense and willing to run it 46 times no matter the score or situation is not what we will see most games.

If teams see it work - as it has for San Francisco, Philadelphia, and Chicago - we’ll certainly see it again.

Or people think they played better on offense then they have all year...why is that a bad thing?

It's simple so many people are all excited because we beat a team with a losing record that we were suppose to beat, in fact we were favored by 10 points at one time.. that's a huge spread. So yeah I'm glad we won the game but it was not anything to get overly excited about.

In fact the only team we have beaten this year with a winning record is the Giants and half the people on this board think they are pretenders. So people saying we can beat anyone is a little premature at this time but very predictable because these statements are made every year about this time but unfortunately come with the same year end results which is watching another team play in the big game

Not many will ,I disgaree...

for one they dont have the same players or willing to buck all trends for situational football and get down 21 and still run 75% of the time.. most teams cant or wont have that type of patience, it typically backfires if not aided by flags they run the clock out on themselves.

yes the Eagles but take away many of those penalties and free yards and points that extended Bears drives, it was not as bad as it looked IMHO.. so many drives that were all but ended and punts coming and bam another flag kept long drives going..many bad flags and non calls as well.

just an odd game but we won by 20... eagles first game they were aided by 3INT at home, no dak..it does matter.

Why are you guys so afraid of Cooper Rush?
You're desperate to prop up Dak and bash Cooper every chance you get?
If his play is so bad you shouldn't fear him taking Dak's spot. Maybe you saw something you don’t want to admit?

No one if afraid of Cooper Rush and lots game him credit for doing a good job as a backup QB. But are just pointing out the facts of Cooper Rush receiving way too much hype and credit, from some who are trying to make it seem like he is the singlehanded or number one reason for why the Cowboys went 4-1. All along we kept on saying that Dak was going to get his job back when healthy, because the offense was not producing enough with Cooper Rush, for the Cowboys to have a realistic chance at consistently winning games the way they were winning them with Cooper Rush. As the game against the Bears proved. Sometimes the offense is going to have to put up 30 points or more to win games.

Allow me to fix this post for ya ...

  1. Dak threw the ball as well as he ever has with the exception of the overthrow in the end zone and the pick. Ball came out quickly and accurately (2 things to never take for granted with #4).
  2. Pollard did what Pollard does - especially if used correctly.

The reason both of the above occurred is that the OL blew open holes and gave Dak time to throw.

We only go as well or as far as the Big Uglies allow.

This is true my cowboy brother and with Jason Peters rounding into shape and Tyron Smith hopefully coming back it appears the O-Line could be actually getting stronger as the season goes on.
