This whole notion that players quit really is overblown. Guys hang their heads, that's it. Its common and happens all the time late in games.
Now for a instant last night, I actually felt sorry for Garrett. These players play horrid for him. They really play bad.
But at the end of the day, that is the big problem with Garrett. "HE DOES NOTHING". He basically gives his speeches, claps, and leaves it up to everyone else to do their jobs. There is NO plan, leadership, or button pushing. NO agenda, no tough leadership, nothing. We all see him just sit there on the sidelines all day long doing nothing but looking dumb and clap. He rarely interacts with his players at all.
He simply expects everyone do to their jobs. And when things go wrong he really has no clue whatsoever how to fix it or what to do. Garrett has no business at all being a HC in the NFL. Certainly no business running an offense in the NFL. I cant comment on the stupidity of other owners, but I would think that Garrett would never get a HC gig in the NFL again.
