Never said it's all on one person, you think he's proven himself, good for you, to me until he gets to a Super Bowl, nothing was proven.

When he puts this team on his back, takes the risks and succeeds...he will be The Leader.

A "leader" leads to success. And I don't feel we have that.

Having said that...he doesn't HAVE to be the real Leader. QB's, by their very nature are de facto commanders, of course.

He can set a good example, he can be a good team mate...and we should be okay.
