Apparently so does the rest of the league I mean we saw Joe Burrows just throw two interceptions we see the fact that Josh Allen has led the league in turnover since he's been drafted we saw Matthew Stafford have over 20 turnovers in his Super Bowl win so we can go back and look at Peyton Manning not play well we've seen the fact that Russell Wilson through the game losing interception out of 1 yard line we can go around the entire NFL and look at some of the young guns these new guys that have four turnovers in one playoff game the fact is this is happening all over the NFL I mean everybody wants 32 Patrick mahomes and he is also not perfect he needed the other parts of his team to play well to help him win that game against the Eagles we saw it they were down in the first half they ran the ball they didn't give up sacks Patrick mahomes never had to panic he had a great play caller a coach that can make adjustments we see this you're again just like mountain trying to tell me that Prescott the only quarterback in NFL history or even in the last nine years to have that play perfect football to win no that's not how it works I mean it would be nice to have a clean game but he's already did that look how well he played in his rookie year and he got burned by his defense 2018 they made all that effort to come back that year to get to the second round and have the then we have 20/21/14 penalties so now we have last year which might....ade mistakes even in last year's game.. you can try to pin it on prescott all you want.

I posed this in another thread but thought it would be an interesting topic here, if all posters can really be honest with their answers.

First off, I am going to say Prescott is a more polarizing player than Romo was and I could see fans of the team actually pulling against their own team to try and get rid of him.

It is an oddity but it is there, many just don't want him to be the DC QB. The question is enough to pull against him and the team?

I gotta say, if I disliked him at QB as much as some here do, and evidently that is not exclusive to the Zone, I might be tempted to pull for a QB crash and burn.

And I am not going to ask if not him, then whom because those that really dislike Prescott do not care, I really do believe they have arrived at "anyone but him".

I am also not going to say if they go that route they are not good fans. Plenty of fans have pulled for their teams to get worse in order to get better.

So, my question is mainly to those that do not like him. If he does not get a new contract, can you pull for him and the team knowing he will get another one and most likely larger than the extension he might have gotten?

Oh, I know, the Joneses intend on extending him but they intended on getting him on a new contract before they had to do that 160M one. He's bet on himself before and won.

First off...thank you for "jumping in". These are public conversations, we are a community. I liken it to the fellas hanging out at the pub.

Fourthly....I believe that a great majority of what we deal with here our opinions. We should try to use facts, data, and stats...but that's a bit robotic for sports entertainment and fandom, isn't it? Emotion and FEELINGS come into play, because it's what this is all about. Not simply spitting out stats.

This insulting other people about it because they don't agree with "you", or "don't use enough facts"...is not healthy for a good community. But...humans will human I guess.
