We want a system to develop young talent, it's hard if you change coaches often as they have different ideas of players who fit their schemes.

Maybe Zimmer has improved. I'm still uncertain and scarred from his previous stint with the Cowboys. Posters who have been around here for awhile will remember the whole GROZ movement. Get Rid Of Zimmer. He took a beating on these boards. When he left Dallas many here thought he would be completely out of the league. As is the normal around here, those posters were wrong.
