This is a team that was two plays from being 4 - 0. As much as people have been critical of the defense, it has played quite well. The young guys are making some mistakes, but they are also making good plays. Over time, the mistakes will likely be fewer and the good play will be a more consistent feature. I feel that the team is headed in the right direction, but as most of us know, the path to success is rarely ever a straight line. It would appear that some folks here believe that we as Dallas fans have suffred enough and that we deserve big time results right now. The reality is that while things are better, there's still a ways to go. The Philly game will a test of how much effort and skill this team has, but we should not automatically put ourselves at that level yet.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the pass rush fares and how the secondary does against T.O.. The offense will be tested by the Eagle's excellent secondary , but I think we can run on these guys, provided the O-Line remains disciplined. The only area that really worries me is Special Teams. If we get into a field position battle, our punt coverage has been problematic and we might see the Eagles working with a short field.

Good post!!!! I think this team will improve but I also expected we would go through some rough spots. Right now we have played 4 games but looking around here you would think we were heading into game 14. People need to chill

.........and a lot of folks thought the Raiders were going to light up our secondary..... we held them to 4 field goals!!!! Things can turn around and I fully expect them to....
