If we kept Quinn over McCarthy

As long as Jerry runs this team, it doesn't matter who the coach is. Quinn would have been stupid to take a HC job here. Congrats to Dan Quinn. Wish him well.

Quinn is just better as a HC. You saw what he could do with a pretty good QB like Matt Ryan, coming close to a Super Bowl. Now he has a QB like Daniels who could be even better and they've already made it to the conference championship in year 1.

It wouldn’t have mattered. We are seeing a repeat of history. Before we won our 3 with the triplets Washington won one then the giants won then we started, and once again the lions are the sacrificial lamb

Where’s the evidence to suggest that Quinn is a better HC? Do you really think things would have been any better this season with Quinn as the HC with the same roster we had this year? Absolutely not! Do you think Washington would have made it to the NFCCG this year with the roster they had last year? Absolutely not! Yes, coaching matters; but players matter also.

The Lions’ coordinators are good coaches. One game is not going to change that. Further, the coaches did not lose the game - you can blame Jared Goff for that.

Why is he a downgrade?

He has turned this defense around in just one year. Since he's been here we have been one of the best defenses in the league.

He wouldn't be a downgrade. But you can do much with Jerry calling the shots.

Quinn would have been at the mercy of Jerry and his flawed system and so would not have had the success like he has had in Washington. He has been able to use the high draft picks and aggressive FA signings to turn them around very quickly. They still aren’t there yet, but they are looking at a brighter future than the Cowboys right now.

I agree with you here. However, Washington already had McClaurin which I think is one of the best receivers in the NFL. They also upgraded their team with alot of our players.

Why does almost every person on the Cowboys Leadership Team have at least 2 Titles?

There are very few and's in the Leadership team of the Commanders.
