Quinn is overrated. They guy we never should have let get away if Sean Peyton. He is proving he knows how to build a team. Look what he has done in Denver already.

Quinn definately a better leader. Players will follow him. You don’t get that with mccarthy.

That said, current dak’s will to win is not as good as what the commanders have in their qb. That is the dfifference.

As a Cowboys fan though, I don't want a "good" head coach. I want a great one or at least an up-and-coming one that brings something exciting and innovative to the team.
