What kind of changes are you looking for? It cant be the coaching as it is too early to do that. You cant just give a new coaching team 4 games to implement a system especially when there were no OTAs and preseason. Personnel change is the only thing that could make sense. Bring in some more free agents that can help right away.

That said, Nolan will not be on the staff next season.

I will add this. Last week’s lose is just one of those games. Seattle, on the road-tough. Seattle might be playing in the SB this year and Dallas gave them a run for their money. Offensively this team looks beastly. Zeke needs to play better than last week and they need a couple changes on the OL but the offense is set. Defensively this team is a train wreck. The issues are scheme, injuries, and “star” players doing nothing. Gregory is going to help the putrid pass rush and should probably take a bunch of DLaw’s snaps. I expect Diggs to get much better and supplant the terrible Chido. Hill looks like he might have something. S and LB are going to be problems this year. Those positions can’t be fixed now as both need overhauls. This can still be a playoff season. Tomorrow is a game they have to win.

Doesnt matter who you replace him with.

No one is coming in here and having success with the secondary the way it is.

If you add some players back there, Nolan will be fine.
