So completely hypothetical here. If we win and the Giants, Eagles, and Skins lose, was last week's loss a Wash. I mean not the fact we lost to the eagles but just in general. We would technically be right where we were last week. Anyone else have the same thought process? Or have ya'll given up?

Plus the eagles are playing the dolphins, so I doubt they lose

The Giants will definitely lose to New England.

The Eagles could very lose to Miami. They are a bad team. Bad teams typically don't win back to back football games and I don't think the Eagles have done that. Not positive, but I really doubt they'll win three in a row like a lot of people think. They have Detroit on Thanksgiving, but those guys will play with pride. There's still a lot of talent on that football team. They got screwed in Seattle and it went downhill after that. I could see an upset there.

As for Dallas well Tampa Bay is another winnable game. Cassel played his best game of the season. The defense played their worst. Will they respond? No Lee and Hitchens is a question mark. That means Damien Wilson and Gachkar will likely have to start. What worries me is Mike Evans and those recievers had a bunch of drops and still gave the Giants all they could handle. I highly doubt you'll see the same type of game. Jordan Matthews absolutely torched us especially in the middle of the field. That's the matchup that most concerns me and then you still have to deal with Vincent Jackson and you know they'll try and pound us with Doug Martin.

I honestly don't know what to expect. Yeah if they win with the Giants likely losing they're still in it, but I don't have much confidence they can win a football game on the road.

That loss to the Eagles hurt because of the tie breakers. I think at best, the Cowboys will have a record that is tied with either the Giants or the Eagles. This forces the Cowboys to have to beat the Packers, Panthers, and possibly have to sweep the Commanders because of the tie breakers in the NFC. That's a tall order, and I'm not sure they will be able to climb out of it.

Last week was such a back breaker. Win then and against the bucs, and my enthusiasm would be back

Vincent Jackson hasn't played in two weeks and isn't practicing this week.

The Eagles loss definitely still hurts because it was a loss in the division. In the position we are in right now, we need to at least be winning our division games to get as many tie breakers as we can.

A win and a loss by everyone else certainly helps, but definitely doesn't make last week a wash.

Yeah we still have 2 division wins. Thank God for that. The Commanders usually play spoiler on the eagles as they did last year. I think a loss to Miami may send that eagles team into a downward spiral. Losing hicks for the year hurts them a lot more than people are letting on. There is still a chance. We absolutely have to win on Sunday.

The unfortunate thing is, we can't chase second place (Eagles) in the division. We have to win the division. There is no chance this division gets two teams.

I don't think we need to win out, but we can only lose 1, maybe 2 games for the rest of the season and still possibly make the playoffs. Obviously that's a tall task for a team that hasn't won a game since September.

I won't concede defeat until we're mathematically eliminated, but each week we just keep digging our hole deeper and deeper.
