Been a JG fan for a while now. I like how he has organized this team. I like that they play hard for him. I like that he is smart as hell. I like that he can interact with Jerry.

I want him to continue on as our HC. I also want to make sure that Rod and Scott don't go anywhere. Don't think they will. JG is known as a good guy to work for. Another feather in his cap.

Exactly. We've built this team on the coordinators. :/

I didnt say that. But the difference really shows on game day. Red appears to be good at organizational stuff and managing, motivating, etc. Just keep him clapping and spitting on game day.

Sooner or later, he keeps building, even the most skeptical fans will get on the bandwagon. Let's hope that's how it plays out.

Well this is the year for Garrett to show what he has. I've been extremely hard on him, but he's got the guys playing fantastic so far this year.

If we can scheme and manage a win against probably the best team in the nfl.. you got to give credit to Red.

Why Red? We should thank him for sucking so bad, Jerry had no choice to pull the trigger on surrounding him with experience and taking play-calling away from him.

if we keep garrett in an admin type role and off of the field, then he's fantastic. he's great at bringing in talented coordinators, and our drafts have been looking a lot more sensible. He's not a coordinator, but he knows how to choose them. Keep him in that role and this team will be rolling. I also like the atmosphere he has created around here. Our team isn't a trash-talking, taunting team. They play tough and keep the off the field antics to a minimum.

Lmao at the process... The same guy fighting with Callahan last year, the man who Jerry refused to let walk... The man whom it was reported was becoming more influential In the organization... The man who has essentially built this OL into the machine it is... That same OL that whooped up on the Seattle DL...

This is the pivot we're already starting to see. I'm just going to stick with 'he's a good head coach' and leave it at that. I don't really think the qualifications are necessary.
