I am me and I wouldn't work for that organization.
It produced regular season wins, that’s about it. I don’t want him back. What exactly did it produce? Certainly not a damn championship.
Brilliant offensive mind lolol.Serious, if you were him, would you come to Dallas as a head coach.
He’s dealt with Jerry before
He certainly capable
Who wouldn’t want to step up
But, the big butt.
Is he the type of person that would stick it to Jerry after not being promoted the first time?
Personally, I wouldn’t mind Kellen Moore . I know he’s a brilliant offensive minded person.
I just don’t know what type of field management situation football skills he has.
And do I really want my head coach calling plays taking away from field management.
So much to consider.
Well, get out of the bedroom. Lol good morningToo many moving parts to answer the question.
And I thought you knew football. Lol.Brilliant offensive mind lolol.
Good stuff 8)I think Moore's 50-3 collegiate record speaks to his field management and football skills.
no one turns down the HC job at Dallas. If Kellen were smart, he's stay put for a couple of years because he actually has a team it seems he can work with.
It's easy to look good as an offensive coordinator with a good offensive line, good receivers and Barkly at running back. Hurts at this point actually seems like the weak link.
Kellen also knows how Jerry works first hand. That could be good or bad, not certain...
Yup.That is where I go back and forth....I could absolutely see him having opportunities in the future, especially given his age, but it’s also a league with such a short memory as well. A bad 2025 from his offense could be a huge set back.
Trade it all for number one pick in 2026. What team do you expect to be the number one pick. That would take that dealIf he could build a offense for Trey Lance, then I think he would come here.
Yes, I'd want him calling plays and have a little guy next to him to manage the timeout garbage
Trade Parsons for a number one and a number 2.
If there's a potential quarterback when we draft, grab him, if not trade out of the first round and use all your duckets for the number one pick 2026.
Or in the unlikely event, the Trey Lance becomes that guy. Then we're really in good shape in 2026.
Yeah, if I'm kellen Moore, I come here.
Well, it depends. We may not be that far from a number one pick, because if Trey Lance doesn't work out, it's going to be an ugly year, because Dak isn't going to be the guy, we've established that much.Trade it all for number one pick in 2026. This is pretty spot on.Kellen shouldn't come unless he can choose his own quarterback.
He has a future in the NFL as one of the better coaches, but being saddled with Dak for four years means that he would take the blame when the offense shuts down in big games, just as before.
In the past he was hated in Dallas. First because he was a threat to Dak as the starter, and then he was hated because Dak choked in big games and he took the blame.
ANY COACH THAT TAKES THE COWBOYS JOB MUST GET TO CHOOSE HIS OWN QUARTERBACK.
Or, he will end up like McCarthy.

We've got a tough schedule upcoming.
Not a fan of Kellen, not a leader of men.Serious, if you were him, would you come to Dallas as a head coach.

And you know this, how? I mean, I don’t mind your opinion, I’m just curious why you think thisNot a fan of Kellen, not a leader of men.
Track record with Dallas, media pundits claim he was not a great leader in front of the room. And you know this, how? I mean, I don’t mind your opinion, I’m just curious why you think this
