If you were Kellen Moore, would you come here?

Track record with Dallas, media pundits claim he was not a great leader in front of the room.
Being uncomfortable, and stuttering getting your point across is different than not being respected. I think he’s totally respected. He was a great quarterback, and they know his football knowledge.

Respected and leading men are not the same thing.

My concern is he is not a motivator and leader of men, word is he is not from his stay here.

Being a good coordinator is not the same as being a good head coach.

In fairness, since leaving, could he have evolved and changed? Maybe.

Serious, if you were him, would you come to Dallas as a head coach.
He’s dealt with Jerry before
He certainly capable
Who wouldn’t want to step up
But, the big butt.
Is he the type of person that would stick it to Jerry after not being promoted the first time?
Personally, I wouldn’t mind Kellen Moore . I know he’s a brilliant offensive minded person.
I just don’t know what type of field management situation football skills he has.
And do I really want my head coach calling plays taking away from field management.
So much to consider.
You mean chosing between a winning franchise in philly where you just produced a 2k bac, live all the glory you get for that and have a management that is able to build a contender year in and year out? Not to speak about the talented hc you have. And the money you get paid as an oc which is higher than what you would get as a hc in Dallas?

Would i trade that against one of the worst franchises in the nfl. Where you need to talk to an constantly drucken ownern and his clueless sun? Where you wont find one person who you are able to talk to about football on a professional basis because dallas has no pne who actually is good in that? Where you wont have any kind of influence on roster building or the players that take snaps on game day? Where payment is the worst in the nfl?

Of course i would!

In a heartbeat!

Heck, that this question even have to be uttered.

At some point, he’s going to wanna say I did it myself. So yeah, in a heartbeat. especially when Philly chokes themselves out of the playoffs, it’s going to happen.

Yeah, it’s a NFL head coaching job and I think Dallas is the only team even considering him. Kellen supposedly failed his interviews miserably.
Who said he failed “miserably”? He interviewed for the Eagles’ head coaching position in 2021, and the Jaguars‘ in 2022. The Jags have asked to interview him again, the Eagles hired him as OC. That would indicate he impressed both teams to some degree.

I think Moore's 50-3 collegiate record speaks to his field management and football skills.
....that didn't parlay into a starting NFL QB.....be careful... that's reaching a bit. You mentioned football skills. Let's just stick with coaching experience as a coordinator, in this situation.

Broaddus was talking about Kellen back when he interviewed for those job and recently brought it up now. The evidence is that unlike McDaniels, Lafluer, O’Connell, and Taylor, Moore didn’t get a head coaching job after all those interviews. If Kellen didn’t turn the Eagles around, he was headed the way of Eric Bienenemy.

No I wouldnt, only a stupid coach or one just wanting spotlight and $$ will come here.
This job is a HC killer, every HC for dallas (since jimmy) never gets another HC job.
They all fail too.
