If you were McCarthy, would you resign with Dallas or go to another team?

Nice fan perspective but not true the Cowboys HC job is always top job, your opinion is not shared by any real coach is has said this that actually is still in play tp get job in the NFL.:muttley::omg:;):lmao2:right none of that it ture potential is not reality and the bears are a bad team, and they can't win anything, not even make the playoffs ..sure compare a team that been to the payoff but lost to one that cant sniff the playoffs and they have been lapped by their division recently. Awesome GM and ownership decades looking for wins have never had franchise QB but sure must better than one who loses in the playoffs regularly.

I hope MM does leave i dont want him.. I hope he see it this way, hes the worse OC Ianthe NFL and will kill Williams potential....... VS Dak who took a weak O and led the league in scoring last year had an MVP type season, thats not potential, that reality, daks had to overcome bad routes/separation, bad designs, lack of commitment to the run game. etc he did this last year, and it got worse this year, sure CW has bright future with the Bear-coast O LMAO.. Poor mike forced to work with Kellen Moore, not true, but ok, Moore laughing hard with his new home destroying mikes teams this season.

good riddance!!I lioke MM the HC but as an OC its never been worse hear IMHO..get rid of this 80s- O with him is bonus.

The Bears job is a bad job, worse ownership than here and you think we're stuck in the past the Bears are stuck in WW2. Its a much worse situation than here.
Maybe so but lots of teams have been way down. The Commanders had been down long time. The Lions back a few years ago.

Oh, I'm staying in Dallas.

I want to be rewarded for doing the least.
They have a great buffet I hear, and sleep overs at Jerry’s. No accountability, laziness is acceptable, throwing everyone under the bus to prop yourself up is okay, saying the right thing and agreeing with Jerry, being ok with Jerry making who starts decisions and attending meetings, yes it’s a dream job for MM.

Who did he throw under the bus?

Mike goes where the most guaranteed money comes from. He knows winning doesn't matter here and jerry won't fire him unless the players quit on him anyway so he can just ride things out. That makes dallas the better choice between dallas or chicago. Chicago is in a much tougher division and that owner may be more willing to fire a coach mid season if he doesn't like how things go.

If MM could get the Bears job, he wouldn’t have to deal with Jones’ incompetence & interference, and he wouldn’t have a much better upside.
The Bears have been more incompetent than the Cowboys look at their record over the past several years. They haven’t had a winning season since 2018. Since 2010 they’ve only made the playoffs three times. Their last playoff win was in 2010. Plus, they’ve gone through several head coaches so it’s not like there’s a lot of security there.

This is my only hope, MM becomes some other teams nightmare and he leaves to save jerry from keeping him. MM can take his awful play calling and worst time management i’ve ever seen elsewhere.

Bears are in a good cap situation, have good picks coming in and have a young, looks pretty good but needs polish QB on a rookie deal. They are a great turn around spot. The worst thing about them is that their division is murderous. They don't have the NFC Least to stat pad against.

Go to any team that has a real GM and an owner whose name is not Jethro and has a son named Stephid.

If I'm the Cowboys I send McCarthy packing. He is a garbage head coach and doesn't deserve to come back next year.
