Wish I could buy that. The Cowboys played their best game in a long time today a scratched out a win. Turnovers were the difference.

The Cowboys didn't play great; the Eagles were that bad.
There's a difference.
This game looked like two struggling teams -who would normally have records around the .500 mark- and one of them had to lose.
The Cowboys struggled to beat a team with a backup quarterback, who was playing like a backup.
The Eagles practically handed the game to the Cowboys, but the Cowboys struggled to win it.
There's a lot of issues on both of these rosters moving forward.
If Hurts can't go, or if his injury is nagging, the Eagles will struggle.
And the Cowboys have to take advantage of teams like this who are struggling.

With Minshew throwing two interceptions, dropping the ball when handing off to the running back deep in his own half for back breaking turnovers. Furthermore, he was unable to win the game with the last drive against a banged up secondary. The Eagles offense out on 27 points. It was a shoot out and I think the Eagles edge it with a fully healthy Hurts but the 'Boys and Prescott really should up today and deserved the W

Dak is now 8-3 against them and their only two most recent wins have still came against Cowboys back up QBs. For as much as some have built up the Eagles, they still have weaknesses other teams can exploit in the playoffs. Doubt the Cowboys win this game had Hurts played. He adds a huge element to their running game and is having an MVP year. The Cowboys struggle mightily against mobile QBs. His mobility would have been a real problem for us in this game. They almost beat us with Gardner Minshew who had 2 INT’s. Our defense is borderline garbage right now. We’re struggling to keep opponents under 30 points. It took Dak’s best game of the season for us to eke out a win.

Only if we saw the same Dak we saw today. I’m already seeing fans getting carried away with this win. Our defense is borderline garbage right now. Dak is going to have to play out of his mind for us to keep winning with this defense. Our pass rush has completely disappeared. It took everything we had to win this game.
