And they still won't get the health report on his ability to play until later this week. Where he could still be either too injured to play or not at 100%. Even him not being at 100 percent against the Giants back ups risks him getting injured worse. Because he can still take a wrong hit and still will have to test his shoulder with repeated throwing motions. This is why it's silly for Eagles fans to suggest that the last 2 losses were "meaningless" or meant nothing.

That said....... it SURE would be nice if the Eagles offense we've seen over the last 2 weeks was the real one.

This COULD be worst case scenario for us: the team gets 2 losses in a row, loses all over-confidence,....starts playng angry and fresh again right in time for playoffs....Hurts comes back next week, dominates, gets the Bye against giants scrubs forcing us to play our starters,.....then they RE-peak in divisional round and win the SuperBowl again.

But...on the other hand...there's no WAY the Cowboys get our hopes up THIS much, only to sputter in the playoffs and have an early exit to Brady. That would be so unlike them.

Has Dabol actually said that, or are you making an assumption? Some coaches and teams keep playing regardless. It's not like they are a high seed with all the kinks ironed out. They can use all the momentum they can get. While I expect them to rest, I wouldn't go speaking it as fact until it's reported.

Not going to happen. It's hard to keep that dominance week after week for 17 games. They are coming apart at the seems.

Their confidence is down and the team is losing faith in their coaches. They are looking at Dallas who won against teams (2 SB teams) with a backup QB, but they can't win one game?
