Well I think their actions were/are the same... the only difference being that if Chad lands somewhere else and becomes unhappy he'll probablly be more likely to throw a big fit again because Cin-city is his one problem he's had in his career...
T.O. on the other hand threw a fit in Frisco when he called Jeff Garcia gay, and then griped that he wanted a "white" QB in Philly... he was on his last leg in the NFL by the time he got to us. Teams just felt he couldn't be made happy, and was just glad that the Cowboys gave him the opportunity to change his whinny rep.
Could Johnson turn out the same way and become a loyalist to his next team? Of course. I just say the odds are more stacked against him.
He has a great QB chunking him the ball now and he's not happy. Sure, the Bengals have a tradition of underachieving (half of my family is from Cincinatti so half of them are Bengal fans so I've heard enough from them)...
But, even if he landed on a good team, how happy will he be once they start losing again? Is he gonna whine about it and refuse to suit up? Afterall, what is success anyway? The Bengals (despite their troubles) had the 7th rated pass offense in the league last year (if I remember right that is) so if he is unhappy there, then it only leaves 6 other teams that even stand a chance to make him happy (but for how long?)
