He brings a certain respectability and winning attitude
Won't be a puppet
Won't stand for the nonsense they pull every year in free agency
Not many coaches will get the leeway he would
I see someone who can change the culture and force the tough decisions since Jerry and his kid seem incapable of it
He could bring a little bit of hope back to an organization that is desperate for it
Plus he's always had a good relationship with Jerry.

Seems fitting exactly 30 years after being this teams first FA.

Now compare a Moore hire to a Deion hire and how Jerry would handle both situations. It's really night and day. Sanders won't be tip toeing around Jerry and his kid.

Deion and Stephen don't get along well. They are ok but not like Jerry and Deion. 21 will want a 5 year deal to even consider this move.

That door isn't closed, it's wide open at the moment. So we'll see what Jerry does..

I'm not sure Deion would want to coach the Cowboys under this team building philosophy. Unless he just wants to go to Dallas for the attention.

Deion is legitimately the best option available - nobody else that is seriously being considered for this job has a prayer to handle the circus around this team. Deion would eat that attention up for lunch.

That's the idea.. He won't put up with their ridiculous team building philosophy. I'm all for that.

This is really what the hire should be. We always seem to look for that coordinator to run one side of the ball while Jerry hand picks the guy to run the other side. Hasn't worked yet.
Yep..

Dan campbell works, because he lets his coordinators do their thing. That’s how Jimmy used to coach as well.

Deion Sanders as Cowboys head coach. Only Jerry would be dumb enough to make that move.
