Players who take up 20% of the salary cap HAVE to wear that red cape…..basic economics say that extra money he’s getting above every other player has to hold that kind of value and be far and above the best player on the team…….”that’s what the market is set for quarterbacks” doesn’t apply when an above average Qb is payed like an elite Qb.

It’s merely production per salary cap dollar spent……nothing more, nothing less.

I'd be surprised if the next 5 QB contracts aren't in line with what Dak got. (Not counting backups & stop gaps, of course.)

I have three key players.

Trevon Diggs. If he can get an interception this game, that would really change the dynamic and mentality of the defense.

Schultz. We can talk about Ferguson all we want. I expect a big game from Ferguson, but Schultz needs to get in the endzone.

Tyler Smith. We need him to plow open holes for the run game, and protect Dak's backside all game.
