We could have Big Tex out there running around and it wouldn’t matter…

It’s incredible how many things this QB needs to be successful. When your QB has to have a perfect cast around him, he’s not the guy. Period.
Yep. The QB is supposed to make everyone else better. Not vice versa.

Attack me if you like We all sit behind computer screens anyway. It's not like we will ever meet in person. I have zero ownership in the Cowboys Zero say. My rant is multi branched and its only my dumb opinion. 1. Jerry and Stephen have a wonderful life they made for themselves. The Jones are what I wish i could be a part of. I love the Cowboys, and I am proud, jealous and also despise the last 34 years of ownership I bought king of the cowboys back in 1997 Mr. Jones was like an icon to me. He owned the team that took us from 2 super bowls to five so in that regards I knew who he was, and I knew what it was all about but i ignored it because he had the money to buy my team and the balls to run it his way. I have read this board every day since 2005. So i am going to focus on the team as it is now. Not try and defend the owner for the past 34 years nor defend my complicity for accepting things as a fan. We are all fans so isn't that what it's all about? My Dad told me years before he passed the NFL was rigged. I would get so mad; the players would not do such. etc. well, I'm a believer in Vegas and the fact a referee can literally throw 3 flags every play for offensive holding defensive illegal contact etc. its every play so play along with me. if its rigged then this is how it is done. for the record I also watched a lot of professional wrestling as a kid and believe it as well LOL.
This isn't a one-off evaluation, trust me. Just my opinion from my 45K a year job, wishing i could have more say, but knowing "im just a fan" Just shut up. Save your money for one game a year. Spend 75 on parking and 10 bucks a beer. 400 a seat and be good and go sit in a corner and shut up while these overpaid men playing a child's dream sport make millions While an owner that played on a national championship team in 1962 as a 180 guard cause his Daddy got him on the team. Sounds alot like Stephen's career in college. Well, touché. And that's good for them, Yea I'm jealous actually.
Caveat. None of the remarks i am about to make i can do better myself. these men are athletes gifted. i am just an older man that helps pay for them salaries.
1. Dak Prescott you are a good man. You sir have had your time. Id hire you in a heartbeat to work for me or represent my company. Its time to move on The goal is to win super bowls we wont this year. 49ers/eagles/chiefs you cannot beat my friend, BENCH dont Re-sign
2. Mike McCarthy bye You wasn't a good coach with Green Bay. Rodgers got your super bowl for you then got you fired. You admitted to lying on your interview. Every application i ever seen said a lie on the application results in termination.
3. Pollard - you was a favorite of mine . you are a third down relief back nothing wrong with that
4. dan quinn -, stay a coordinator,. best career advice i can give stay where you can be successful long term]
5. players in general but specifcally T. Smith and Z martin Two future hall of famers. yalls time is done. its up to the owner to see it. but yall keep dragging them checks out. hey i dont blame you. if the Jones are ok with it then so be it. but for this fan its old as F.
6. It doesn't matter who is quarterback, head coach. Jerry has it comfortable here. and as someone in management I get it. hes got a good repoire. Makes a huge profit. and is living his best life. but *** do I have to get up every day and punch a clock and witness this BS every year. How its our year. How Dak is going to work on it and takes responsibiltiy
Thank you for letting me get my BS rant out. It doesn't mean crap really, just feels better to vent.

This receiving corp is way way too small. As for the entire team actually. Cook looks like a kid out there. CDee is really not that big either. If they start losing the next couple of weeks before the deadline, yes you have to trade some of your big stars for draft capital. Dump all the receivers including lamb for all the picks you can get. Lawrence, Tyron, get whatever you can. But jerry is not the poker player jimmy was. He was a master accumulating tons of picks. Might as well then get rid of dak and go with trey lance and give him the targets going forward......while parsons and diggs are still young enough for the transition.....
The Eagles #2 receiver is a walking 170 pound toothpick, their #3 is 6'0', 190, and their #4, who soon might be their #3, is 5'8". Even A.J. Brown is only 6'1", although he is 225, strong as hell, and fights for every ball. Doesn't seem to bother Hurts.

  • Cee Dee whines. Gallup needs to go. Tolbert isn't there yet and Cook has just been cooked by corners. One good tight end. The other two suck. Overrated Oline. Inconsistent quarterback and a clueless play caller......Average splash and dash running back.

it doesn't matter if we hire the Goodyear blimp as a receiver. Dak is still going to stare it down. Every player in the defensive backfield knows where the ball is being thrown even before it leaves Daks hands. That is why we see the double and triple coverage and the interceptions. It has nothing to do with the size of the receivers, it's because Dak dosen't know how to make a safety look away or open up a covered receiver

In Fairness to Dak, he needs bigger targets to throw to

These are the same WR targets (except for Cooks who is a proven 1000 yard WR) that went 12-5 each of the last two seasons.

The WR's are fine. The guy throwing them the ball is not. Not even close to fine.

When is it ever going to be the quarterbacks fault???

The way Dak over throws his receivers they need to be 10 feet tall.
