Where will the league be? Who will be on top? The thing only anyone can say about Dallas is we haven’t won anything meaningful in twenty years. Well in the NFL winning comes in spurts and franchises prevail not teams. Pittsburgh in the 80 and early nineties were trash. San Fran after Young left was a no man’s land until about what 3 minutes ago.

Let’s take a look at each division and see where the top and bottom teams will be and also teams (and some players) of note in next twenty years in the NFL:

AFC East 2012 Winner: New England Patriots, Bottom: Buffalo Bills.
AFC East 2033 Winner: Buffalo Bills. Bottom: New York Jets.
Last twenty year recap:

After Tom Brady left for L.A. we all realized there is no patriot way there a Bill Belichick way. Without Brady and literally having no offense Belichick will either jump ship or retire because his system will not work without Randy Moss, Tom Terrific and cheating, Yeah I said it. Former Buffalo owener Ralph Wilson died in 2020 and the team was sold thereafter but just like the 90’s Bills NO team wants to play in the cold in January and with cold weather and defense Buffalo owns the AFC north.

AFC North 2012 Winner: Baltimore Ravens. Bottom: Cleveland Browns.
AFC North 2033 Winner: Pittsburgh Steelers. Bottom: Tied: Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens with 4-12 records.
Last twenty year recap:

The Browns are the Browns nothing changes. However with the Ravens I sort of fear for them least us not forget there an expansion team and those ways will come around 20 years after Ray Lewis. B-more will prolly be duct taped to the division making it to the playoff every other year with Flacco but what happens when he retires? It will be the Trent Difer error all over again. Pittsburgh comes back to prominence after a long nap but only to wins one Super Bowl.

AFC South 2012 Winner: Houston Texans. Bottom: Jacksonville Jaguars.
AFC South 2033 Winner: Jacksonville Jaguars. Bottom: Tennessee Titians.
Last twenty year recap:

I think that is the Jaguars stay in Jacksonville they find a way to dominate the division. I know he may make everyone laughs but I think Shad Kahn is a man that gets what he wants plus no state taxes and who doesn’t want to live in Florida. Jacksonville doesn’t a new stadium I have Khan paying for one with 45 percent of his own money to try and get the super bowl back. As far as Houston there Houston nuff said. (ask the Astros and Rockets what it’s like to compete). The Tennessee Titians completely dominate the AFC south in the 20’s after the Locker/Johnson era but the Jags are too much for them coming into the 2030’s season and thereon out. Andrew Luck did win a Super Bowl; he is presently the coach of the Oakland Raiders.

AFC West 2012 Winner: Denver Broncos. Bottom: Kansas City Chiefs.
AFC West 2033 Winner: L.A. Raiders. Bottom: San Diego Chargers.
Last twenty year recap:

After the Peyton Era in Denver sorta reminded us of the Montana Era in K.C. he was good but no trophies’. Elway gets booted out of the front office. Denver still completes ever year and makes the playoff every other year or so. In 2033 the outlook battles within this division is between Oakland and Kansas City. Everyone figured the Raiders would come back to prominence they were right that and a move to L.A. keeps the Silver and black as the AFC west favorites but Andy Reid is still in K.C. front office and we someday see them making a super bowl.

NFC North 2012 Winner: Green Bay Packers. Bottom: Detroit Lions.
NFC North 2033 Winner: Green Bay Packers. Bottom: Minnesota Vikings.
Last twenty year recap:

Detroit nothing changed as Detroit is still a cellar dweller and has not went to a super bowl still. 2033: The Packers and Bears still fight in this division every year for supremacy. Nothing is changed although Green Bay is in a 4 way race as the only teams to have won 7 Super Bowls. Minnesota Vikings ex running back Adrian Peterson breaks Emmitt Smith all-time rushing records with 22.130 yards. Peterson broke the record in 2019 as a member of the New Orleans Saints. Peterson Last played with the Indianapolis Colts in 2021.

NFC South 2033 Winner: Atlanta Falcons. Bottom: Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
NFC South 2033 Winner: Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Bottom: New Orleans Saints.
Last twenty year recap:

Atlanta still has not won a Super Bowl although Matt Ryan got too several by that we mean two but lost both. This Division once again is declared worst in football. The only bright spot come from watching former Eagles star safety Brian Dawkins son and current Tampa Bay Bucs star running back Reggie Dawkins when he is not riddled with injuries. Dawkins is the only player to have 2000 plus rushing season but has not broken Eric Dickerson single season rushing record. Sean Peyton’s New Orleans Saints won another super bowl in 2019 and Cam newton was converted to running back after tearing his rotator cup in 2017.

NFC South 2013 Winner: San Francisco 49ers. Bottom: Arizona Cardinals.
NFC South 2033 Winner: St. Louis Rams Bottom: 2 way tie with 8-8 San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks.

This is the only division to have had each participant win a super bowl. This season is a key fluke whereas the 49ers and Seahawks have split the last 6 division championships.

NFC East 2013 Winner: Washington Commanders Bottom: Philadelphia Eagles.
NFC East 2033 Winner: New York Giants. Bottom: Washington Commanders.

Well the Eagles still haven’t won a Super Bowl. Chip Kelly is the only coach in NFL history to get fired after having a 15-1 season and losing in the Eagles first playoff game to the Carolina Panthers in 2016. As expected the RG3 era lasted 5 years (he went to Tampa Bay after tearing the ACL and MCL in 2018) and the Cowboys and Giants started fighting like mad dogs. Both winning two super bowls, however Tony Romo only won one but is still not in the Hall of fame. The Cowboys are tied with the Packers, Steelers and 49ers as the only team to win 7 super bowls.

Finally a thread that answers the age-old question of "what happens when you mix Madden Franchise Mode and weed?"

This thread is actually more worth discussing than a lot of the usual offseason talk that's been rehashed 1000 times already. I understand that the predictions are impossible to make, but still, this thread contains original thought.

To answer the OP:

I do think that at least two out of the following teams: Bills, Jaguars, Lions, Browns, Eagles - will have won a Super Bowl by 2033.

Cowboys Stadium will still be around, but I think there will be new renovations.

Personally, I'd still like to see Los Angeles remain without an NFL team.

If man is still alive. if woman can survive I-I've . . .

Stephen Jones daughter, Tiffany, will be the GM. In the draft war room, on the Moon colony, she will telepathically select her pick (No. 2 overall, the 1st pick owned by the Galveston Bay City Rollers) as Michael Irvin the IV, a 300-pound undersized cornerback from Ranger Junior College (my alma mater of fact).

That year, we will go on to play in the Universal Football Super Dominion in Chiang Jung, Free China. There we will defeat the Usan (Phillippines) Miners, 65-30 in a low-scoring game sponsored by SPAM meat products conglomerate.

Valley Ranch, meanwhile, now located in our 55th state, Denmark, will be scientifically cloning interior linemen, made to order for the 66 NFL teams. the NFL's dream is to have 666 teams, but that is way in the future.

Tiffany Jones will, with her buddies in the Texas Super legislature (for people earning $2 billion or more a year) will rename Texas as Jones-Tex and the Cowboys will have stadiums in Irvin, Weslaco and Albuquerque (we invaded N.M. in 2029). Our farm teams will be in Latvia (home of the first 550-pound O lineman), Morocco and Seattle (where coffee has now been identified as the biggest killer in the world with its evil-bean enzyme), producer of the cannabis-caramel for teenagers.

In the year 2033, we will be gunning for our 9th Lombardini Trophy (the war years, U.S. vs. France) interrupted play for 2 years while France haggled over its terms of surrender.

It will be an exciting time and ol' Gimme will sit in the town square in metropolis Farmers Branch (gold and titanium was discovered there in 2015), and talk about the old days when he gave sage advice to the CZ, a quaint early 20th Century Forum where legends like Zrinkill and Manster, heh, first gained national prominence as analysts (both later to be found guilty of money laundering for one of Tiffany Jones' offshore opeations).

An exciting time . . . hey is the offseason over with???? . . . when jet packs will be sold at Walmart and Viagra will be in the municipal water system to increase the fatherland's population.
We will look back at players like Romo, Witten, Staubach and Smith and White and marvel at the way they handled adversity and triumph.

I would say more but my future imager is running out of battery power.
Let me say this: In 2033, Chelsea will be president and Hillary will be very proud of him (gender change in 2020).

I love the future.

Concussion lawsuits will have ended high school football altogether, which in turn will have ended college football as well.

The NFL will be entirely comprised of computer-generated football games.

thank you that was sorta my point im tried of romo is fat post and predictions of safeties being the "GOAT" but havent played a game.

The real purpose of this post what to show people that in the NFL winning teams come and go and just becuz a team "has only won ONE playoff game in 20 years" it doesnt meant that will last forever.
and if the Browns and Lions MAKE it to a super bowl that will be enough for me.

It depends who is owning these teams. It shouldn't be a surprise that teams with smart owners like the Steelers and Giants are fairly continuously in the hunt as they always put "football guys" in charge of football operations. It also shouldn't be a surprise that teams with cheap ownership like the Bills and Jets are a mess.

NFL wont be around if players keeping getting bigger and stronger. Sooner or later somebody will die on a NFL football field. When that happens the government will get involved. WHICH IS WHY AS FANS WE MUST START CARING ABOUT PLAYERS USING HGH, steriods or any other ILLEGAL performance enhancing drugs. This might sound a bit overboard but i really wouldnt doubt this could happen with how big these players are getting. Its not natural. And its happening right in front of our eyes and as fans we say or do nothing about it. And we wont say or do anything about it UNTIL the day it actually effects us (by banning the NFL). im scared the government will decide to get there paws on something they shouldnt get involved with.
