Jerry thinks he can "play" the draft game, partly through the media.

But it seems like every year we have a good idea who we're gonna draft because Jerry can't keep his mouth shut (and you gotta send misdirection)

So, here's what I think our draft strategy is...

We want to go WR. Early on, Jerry said his first impression was to go offense, since it's been 10 years. Also, early on we were reported to heavily scout Meacham and Jarrett.

Since then, he has said a lot about NOT needing a WR, to get people off our trail. BUT, at the same time, he says we don't have to draft for need. So you can see through that smokescreen.

We also sent out reports about a week ago about two late first round draft picks (Spencer and Merriweather) being our targets. I think this is to get people off the WR pick, and try and get someone to trade up.

If Meacham is there, we take him. If not, we're trying to trade down and get Jarrett or Gonzalez a little later.

It's all so clear...you just have to know how to read Jerry. WR--book it!

In fact, you "know how to read Jerry" so well that I'm surprised your not spending your time figuring out how to put together a deal to buy the next NFL Franchise that becomes available, instead of positing this year's draft scenarios.
