We've seen enough Cowboy bull crap over the years..and most of it stems from substance abuse in one form or another. I lose track of the players dead before their time...raping girls..stealing crap...going to prison....buying pet monkeys...

...that and playing 4-12 football year after year.

One thing is sure: Losers sure do defend losers around this realm...from almost-cowboy Johnny Manziel to Randy Gregory to Ro McClain to Jerry himself.

I didn't become an alcoholic over-night, but over time I did become one. And it nearly killed me. My functional IQ plummeted to the rat level. I'm grateful for 18 months free of all of it. I'm living life now.

These guys like fellow Dallas athlete Jeremy Jeffers who police found urinating on himself at 3am last night...aren't.

Commend you for being sober for 18 months. I'm sure that's a serious accomplishment. Keep it up!

Serious question, why? I don't get it.

I smoked a ton in college but haven't touched it since. I have zero desire to walk into a store and look at drugs I don't do or paraphernalia I don't use. What the heck is the draw of walking into a headshop?

Do you walk into liquor stores too just to look at the bottles?
On some occasions I walk in to buy lighter fluid, or some Betty Page items. So what? I also like incense, and to see the many pretty pipes and bongs. I enjoy the music and atmosphere. Should I get drug tested now?

Are you also a high draft pick on a team that has had consistent problems with their players being suspended for using the product this place is selling? I'm not sure how your point is relevant.

Did he use that product, or was he there just checking out the place? If he didn't make a purchase, and was just checking out things I don't see how your point is relevant. What next? Are you going to outrage if a player checks out a gun? It's a free country. Get used to it.

Honestly? If you gave that answer to Goodell he probably would.

I think the point most are trying to make is why give someone a story. He knows weed has been a huge problem for the Cowboys, so why throw gas on the fire. I'm pretty sure there are a ton of other tourist attractions in Seattle...it's just common sense.

That dispensary is one of the biggest tourist attractions in all Seattle. Plenty of people go there who don't smoke or don't buy anything. It's just for the experience

I would probably go there myself without buying anything. I'm glad he didn't buy a big bag of pot and then get caught smoking it. However, I do think it wasn't the smartest choice in the world to go in there, given how hyper vigilant the league is and how under the microscope any Cowboys first-round pick is. I hope the coaches had a chat with him about how he's in the spotlight now. We shouldn't blow this out of proportion, of course, jut keep the young man's feet on the ground.

it doesn't take much for someone like Jason Cole to make a story.

Can I get a room there? Is it a B&B? Bed & Bong.

If he'd gone to a bar, would they make a big deal out of it?

I've been there plenty of times and I never smoke weed. Ever.

It completely screws up my heroin buzz.

There used to be a head shop in East San Jose called Popeye's on Capitol Expressway. Back in the 80's they sold stiletto "pieces". Switchblades are illegal to sell in CA, but there was Popeye's selling all the glorious parts that you could purchase and put together yourself. Of course I did that, just so I could say I had one. I don't know whatever happened to that knife. I forgot about it, and years later I still don't know what ever happened to it.
