There are coaches out there that can correct this. That have won with less talent. We just never get them. We wasted 10 years with JG and picked the wrong replacement. MM has a SB but otherwise disappointing resume with an all time great qb.

This team is the right coach away from being more competitive

I just as a whole dont ever see this team being a Super Bowl caliber team. Weve had great coaches and yet same results. This is beyond coaching. Its a culture.
