I don't understand how some claim that the Cowboys would be nothing without Tony and at the same time say that it's a team game and he can't do it by himself.

The way that works is that if we don't win enough Tony needed more help, if we win enough, it was all Tony. That is called having the answer to the equation settled before you write it, and then writing it whatever way you need to in order to get the outcome you want. The outcome those want who write the equation is simple... Tony can't fail.
In my opinion Romo is having a good season. He has missed on a ton of throws this year, but he isn't turning the ball over. I would much rather him be consistent on the turnover issue (consistently avoiding them), than to have him more accurate and committing mind numbing turnovers. I think if he keeps playing like he is we make the playoffs this year and I think he deserves a lot of credit. It seems to me that he has accepted an emphasis that the entire team has made on winning the turnover battle. Kudos to him.
