Thing you'd ask yourself there Bob is, would Norv still be around when the new Stadium opened? I think chances are probably pretty good that he wouldn't be. I guess you could project it and say Jason would be but thats a lot of faith in a guy who has never been a HC before.

I can not speak for anybody other then myself but I can tell you that Norv Turner is always going to be at or near the bottom of my list for HCs in Dallas regardless of who does what.

I don't love Norv because I don't know that he's got enough sand in his britches to keep these players straight but the one thing that bothers me the most is that Norv is being hired (by all apperances), as a lame duck coach. I guess I just don't understand why you would hamstring a guy who has issues with player discipline like that.

So Pittsburg gives you a fair deal to let Cowher out of his contract....Then you would have to convince Bill to come out of retirement. I feel that would be a difficult sell because I think he means it when he says he wants a year or two off.

I read on here that Jerry was quoted as saying he would not announce a coach untill after Wednesday so as to not interfere with recruit signing day at the Collegiate level.Two names came to mind ,Bob and Mike Stoops.Jerry shockin' the world.Don't laugh it could happen,maybe.
