It is good to be self confident but based on what I have seen so far, I don't believe he is near the athlete Vick or his father was. As far as the Brady part, his team was trash last year, but he has a ways to go on that one.

I think Carson Beck will be the first player taken . Carolina just might be drafting another QB come April .

I wouldnt say Shedeur is Mike Vice/Tom Brady

Tom yes, Vick...nah i don't see him as having that athletic speed like vick although he can move

i'd say more Tom Brady/Alex Smith or John Elway

the kid can ball

What about the Az Cardinal QB . Sanders is bigger but reminds me of Murray

There were questions about Stroud's maturity pre draft.

The biggest difference for me is the entitlement issue.
i remember reading some of that about Stroud and I thought it was pretty baseless
as things have shown
As you said the biggest problem this kid has is his old man

One could counter with the fact that if Deion wasn't the kids father, the son wouldn't have the hype he has today. Double edge sword...

That said, it's a given I believe that any son of a well known pro football player who is playing football and isn't "bad" will always get some extra looks and perhaps some breaks others may not get. That said, not many have fathers who are the head coach that they can play for.

I cannot remember the last time this happened at such a level
it is very rare
as you said its a double edge sword and anymore with the internet and everything else attention will come no matter what
many are wondering if he is going to be the same kind of diva his father is
that will turn off more than a few

I actually got to watch a Penn State game. Surprised to hear people talk about their QB here, but their tight end put on one heck of a show.

I think Deion showed you exactly who he was when he dumped the bucket of ice water over Tim McCarver's head in the Braves locker room back in the 90's. I am glad he helped the Cowboys win a ring but I have thought he was the part of the body where the sun doesn't shine ever since. He has always been thin skinned and trying to control the narrative, That is what I believe is happening here and if you read the article on his tenure at CU football it wasn't a positive at all.
It's 2024. I guess you're the same guy from 30 years ago too. It's reasonable to assume you do the same things you did when you were in your 20s.

shadeur sanders stinks

he is a bad qb

this guy will be a huge bust in the nfl
I don't feel as strongly as you but I think he is more likely a bust than he is a franchise QB. I would pass on him and his dad as HC.

The mind of Vick and the legs of Brady...
100%! I could not have said it better. Sanders will probably run a 4.7-4.8. He has zero wiggle at all and forget speed. He’s accurate but his arm is only ok. Will be interesting to watch him.
