You thought wrong. I didn't. Nothing has surprised me about Sam. He's a dumb player and yet another horrific draft pick from a team that always drafts well all of the time because they have Will McClay and thank God for him.
Straight up, is he a man or not?

EDGE Viliami Fehoko

Viliami Fehoko was an interesting draft pick, as he played a position at which the Cowboys were already very deep. They seemingly put him on the Chauncey Golston track to being an inside-outside hybrid type of player, but there’s also not many snaps to go around there either. It hasn’t been a surprise to see Fehoko inactive for every game this year so far, as the defensive line is the deepest position on this whole team.

When we drafted this guy, I thought we really had a true player on our hands. We heard about the off the field issues, and took a chance. No big deal. Kid is an athlete with talent, they said. A year and a half later to 2023 and pretty much nothing from Sam. Everyone is griping about Mazi Smith. But I've watched the tape, and he's doing what we need him to do: helping to stop the run. Mazi Smith never was going to be flashy...

Sam Williams was supposed to be mini-Micah..A versatile 3-4ish LB who fit DQ's scheme..

4.4 40 yard dash for a guy over 250.

The only problem?

He's been invisible, cept for the preseason fight where he took a cheap shot and punched his teammate in the back of the head. Or that time in preseason when the camera panned to him and he hammed it up, pretending to body slammed an invisible opponent.

Anyone else think Invisible Sam might be trade bait right now?

Not that he's done anything anyone would want to trade for... But I know one thing. He's not contributing to the team, and looks to be sort of a wasted roster spot in 2023.
Williams tested positive for marijuana I believe, so that lessened his talent

We have very good DE's. Even if he doesnt crack the starting lineup this year, there is a good chance he will be a monster in year 3 or 4. He will have experience, be up to full strength, and have little wear and tear on him

He showed some flashes as a rookie, but looks like he’s going to end up being another second round disappointment. He’s made more news off the field.

Williams is a stoner. It doesn't look good for him. Hopefully, they get lucky and he makes some more plays for them before he goes away like the stoners before him.
Is he really? No wonder he's unmotivated and lazy.

Sam Williams main problem lies between his ears. His mental makeup simply isn't conducive to being a reliable player. It happens frequently. It doesn't take much to render a player "just another guy," despite having physical qualities that are outstanding. His mental situation isn't conducive to being a very reliable player, though. Evidently, that's Sam in a nutshell. Problems between the ears can be devastating.

He was a second round pick...and the team hasn't divorced from him as to team reactions. He better want to become more than a street level 'Joe.'

If that even becomes slightly attached now, standard will kill his Dallas career. That's not my present worry although...drug programs and support are now intensive in Dallas. He can not hide a day from it now...

Do any of you even pay attention to anything that goes on except for your narratives and you just really need to post and complain???

Sam Williams first of all had a severe case of turf toe to start the season ,he tried to play through it ,and it wasn’t working then he got that arrest with the speeding and I believe he got in the doghouse and he’s having a problem getting on the field now because the coaches & his physical availability, that’s why...

I believe he will get past it, the guy reminds me of a tank.... he’s DeMarcus Lawrence possible replacement, he plays like him he’s more of a complete player than Micah Parsons in my opinion can play the run the pass he’s got a good motor he can get sacks but yes there was a problem start the season just like with Steele, Michael Gallup, and we got Jordan Lewis not playimg well... I mean these guys all trying to come back from injury just don’t look the same.

I realize it was not made a big deal publicly, look it up...

It is not an easy thing to play on ,especially for a guy that needs to get off on the line and cut and make moves.
he’s more of a complete player than Micah Parsons...

I have no idea how to spell the sound that came out of my face upon reading this...Maybe something like "plffgghhjjjtt!"
