Misconduct can be a lot of things. Imagine if she was married, Michael knew it and tried to flirt with her anyway and she was offended. Keep in mind whatever it was, I'm guessing she was able to show his supervisor proof of something to take the action they did. I can't imagine some female just going to his people accusing him of something as simple as a brief interaction between two adults.

Just me, but It's also possible this isn't the first inappropriate accusation made against Mike. In other words, I'm guessing there's a whole lot more to this than we know.
