Maybe held the door open for her and said your welcome...Misconduct...what does that even mean?

He probably said nice "your guess here". She then sat in her room alone stewing until she boiled over because he only spent 45 seconds with her. That’s when you thought you were being cute, clever, charming, funny and flirtatious and she didn’t.
I totally agree there are people in this world that would look at a guy like Michael Irvin and try and set him up.To some extent, given electronic news outlets reporting along with "famous" people attending events that are mixed in with fans, and I hate to say this, it almost like scouting events where it's always "2 deep". For scouting, this means than anytime an adult is with a minor, there HAS to be two adults together when "one on one" with a minor.
Did Irvin actually do anything? Who knows, could be 50/50 either it's a whacked out woman or perhaps Irvin had too many and he got frisky with a hot attractive woman who was looking to bag someone of his stature and Irvin backed off and ticked her off or perhaps he did do something. Thing is, if Irvin had someone with him, he now has "back up" as to what actually happened.
Not saying having "two deep" is right or wrong with adults, but given the possible headaches being that your famous, it could be a life saver.
Know a guy in scouts that was with a boy on a camping trip. For 5 minutes, they were alone together with no one else around. In that 5 minutes, the boy claimed that the adult acted improperly with him. Became a huge fiasco, but in the end, the boy made up the story because the adult had reprimanded him a couple of weeks prior, and the boy wanted to get back at him. Made the guys life living hades for a couple of weeks until the truth finally came out.
When it comes to social media, seems people are guilty on anything they are accused of until the facts actually come out.
In today's world people can find an excuse to get butt hurt over almost anything and make an issue out of it.Just starring at someone can get you in trouble these days and it wouldn't even last more than a few seconds.
Completely agree with everything you've said.I totally agree there are people in this world that would look at a guy like Michael Irvin and try and set him up.
Knowing that in a situation like this he might go out and have a few drinks and that would give them an opportunity to do something and maybe extort some money out of him.
It's a dog eat dog world and even a celebrity like Michael Irvin if he looks at all compromised there is someone out there that's ready to jump on it and take advantage and that could be exactly what happened.
Great comment. All of those who are rushing to judgement without knowing the facts have an agenda. Yes, he is obnoxious & loud with a prior history but I’ll wait for the facts before I judge the man.Unfortunately, it's the only Cowboys-related Super Bowl talk we can have this week.

Your father sounds like a very intelligent man.I don’t know about most Ministers but my dad, if he is meeting with a lady from the Church about something always have a Deacon of the Church with him in those meetings at all times.
claim of what? Being rude? lol Gimme a break dudeLol. Here say.
They've got video and a credible claim.
But it is so on brand that you can't spell but lecture others on 1st amendment rights.
We can claim ANYTHING that doesn't make it credible.Lol. Here say.

still aint really a crime. Its just bad manners . ANYONE can make a claim but context and content of said claim matters. So what if he did?
even if he made a mundane statement..CCTV footage showed the interaction was less than one minute. Doesn't take long to ruin a million dollar TV career.
the media is heavy panting, trying 2 fast track his being canceled. He's also been taken off First Take per Gehlken
don't be naive. It doesn’t happen every day or we would be hearing about it. Stuff like this involving anyone who does television makes news and usually leads to them getting fired.
You’re being naïve. Someone would have to be living in a cave not to know what’s been going on the last few years. Anyone in the public eye who’s been involved in misconduct with a female has made news. This is making news and there doesn’t appear to be a lot to it at least according to Irvin. Until we see the video, he claims all he did was talk to her for about a minute and didn’t even remember it. If all he’s doing is talking with her nothing will probably come of this. If he said something to her inappropriate it can’t be proven.don't be naive.
I just mentioned to someone if all there is to this is him talking to a woman on surveillance for about a minute nothing will probably come of it even if he did say something inappropriate, because there isn’t going to be any audio to prove it.Jimmy the Greek did it in an interview. There is no doubt on what happened or what was said with his incident. So far with Irvin, it's just he said she said unless there is an audio recording of their conversation.
I’m not sure what you mean by nothing coming from it. He was booted from the hotel and then booted from NFL network SB coverage. Isn’t that enough? LolI just mentioned to someone if all there is to this is him talking to a woman on surveillance for about a minute nothing will probably come of it even if he did say something inappropriate, because there isn’t going to be any audio to prove it.
off with his head. lol...U actually think he is the only media member in the public eye that is nefarious? I cant help ya.You’re being naïve.
